This worked really well for my work laptop. I use an external monitor and the laptop was just taking up too much desk space. It just happens that its the same color and finish as the laptop. Very sturdy. Has a nice anti-scratch pads for holding the laptop. It was a little tricky getting the clamping right. If you plan of removing the laptop once in a while you need to slightly back off of the clamping force so it slides out easier.

These are awesome. Freed up a lot of space on my desk.

I love Omotion products, and this is no exception. Its sturdy and well made, and anchors the weight of my laptop with no worries about it toppling one way or the other. I leave the clamp slightly loose so I can dock/un-dock and take my laptop away, and its great. Freeing up that desk space is so liberating!

Excellent quality, heavy, does not move around on the desk when inserting or removing laptop. Would highly recommend.

Works better for laptops that dont have a varied thickness. Slightly wobbly if the thickness varies
