Very sturdy and easy to lock and unlock. However the wheels are not flat but rounded this little surface contact makes it easy to slide over any surface even on concrete in the lock position.

Good quality casters at a good price (I bought 8). They are a 4 wheel with a larger installed height - good for me. Some casters are called 4 but thats their overall height. Just keep that in mind when trying to get a size.
