Since I have bought 4 sets of these, I will now leave a review. I bought these to make items in my wood shop mobile. I have a set under my lumber rack, work bench, and two sets under my long miter saw station. These items dont get moved around a lot, but they have held up wonderfully on my smooth concrete floor. The last time I purchased these, they came with hex head wood screws, even though I did not use them.. The other times, they did not. I will continue buying these for my shop when needed.

Solid wheels and look nice (red color is not as bright as depicted). Overkill for what I need them for.

Needed a new caster to replace one gone bad. Original was purchased years ago from a hardware supplier that no longer carried them. Measurements were accurate enough to purchase this set and replace defective one.

I have used these on a large woodshop assembly table. Lock (wheel and rotation) works very well. Excellent quality at modest price. Update (6/23/18): I have purchased three sets of these over time for different cabinets in my shop.The casters roll easily on a cement floor and the locking mechanism is very effective.
