These worked out extremely well. Used on the bottom of a rolling cart to be used in my garage. The wheels roll extremely easy, and the locks are very easy to manipulate.

I just installed these casters on a project I made and they work great.

I purchased the 4 inch casters for a table saw table project I was building. I wanted to be able to easily move my table into place to work and then move it out of the way again. I can say that this was the best $30 spent on this entire project. Phenomenal quality. They roll easily along my shop floor and swivel effortlessly to maneuver the table around objects. I had an extension cord on the floor that was in the way of the travel of the table and it went over the cord with no effort, almost as if the cord wasnt even there. The brakes are placed in an area that is easily accessible and can be set and released quickly with the toe of your shoes. I am extremely happy with this purchase and will definitely buy more for any other projects I need casters for.

The ball bearings rattle loose around the mounting pin/bolt. Basically instead of rolling on the bearings, the casters roll loosely around the mounting pin (why even have them?) The swivel is loose as well and rocks from side to side. The dual locking mechanism is based on the teeth in the brake and the swivel plate - kind of works, but not too stable. If you all you need is to roll some cabinets or shelves, these would work. For precision tools, or work platform, forget it.

The casters work better than expected. They were easy to install on the legs of my custom made work bench.
