> 24 hourI got this for our outdoor camera system since we live in the South where it tends to rain a lot and its hard to see our cameras during such weather. My husband said installation was simple. My concern is the amount of heat we get almost year round, as of now the Dome works well but I will update if anything changes.

> 24 hourI got this universal shield to protect my outdoor camera but repurposed it to protect the spotlight on a seasonal display. You can see from the side how well it covers the spotlight. Grooves along the lower portion channel water away from the electronic device. It’s made of sturdy material and with pre drilled holes and enclosed screws and anchors so mounting it on a wall will be easy. I’ll be getting another one to protect my camera. But this one I’ll keep for protecting the lighting on my seasonal displays all year round. Highly recommend.

> 24 hourThis is a great shield for your outdoor camera. It’s just as advertised, and does what it’s supposed to. It is made from thick, heavy-duty material, and comes with the screws and mollies needed to hang it wherever necessary. But what I appreciate most about this outdoor camera cover is that there is a little gasket on the side that goes up against the wall to create a nice seal. Also, the inside of the shield is black, which seems to help knock down the glare.

> 24 hourThese are large but they do feel a bit sturdy. I was not expecting to size to be as large as it is. That being said, I do like that my camera is now protected from the glare of the sim and the water droplets from the rain. I know that my outdoor cameras should be waterproof but that does not mean that they rain does not make the camera lens dirty and blurry. These covers are necessary and I am very glad that I got them. Now whenever I go on vacation, I can get clear pictures and video from my camera because they are now well protected from the elements.

> 24 hourThis is very easy to install, just 2 screws. Works well with cameras pointed straight, but if they are on an angle they dont work too well.

> 24 hourThis camera cover is well made and seems to be durable enough for the elements. This is for smaller style cameras not the longer bullet style. It should protect your camera from the sun, rain, sleet, snow and small hail. It is light weight but thick enough to take a beating. It is easy to mount but if you are mounting to metal you will need to supply your own screws as it comes with wood or sheetrock hardware. I highly recommend this for your small camera needs!!! 5 Stars!!!

> 24 hourI got this to cover my wifi extender. It covers it, protects it from the elements and I am still able to extend the wifi to wear I need it. I am glad that this worked out.

> 24 hourThis has a good, solid feel, and is suitable size for the camera Im using it for (RING, as pictured). The installation itself will be very easy (4 screws, provided, with anchors), however, I have slanted, vinyl siding on my home, so Ill have to use some wood to take up the space, and get longer screws.

> 24 hourShould work out well. With all the rain and wind we get in the Northwest, I wanted a little more protection from the elements. The cover is made of plastic and while not super thin, you should be careful not to over torque the screws to avoid cracking it. The mounting plate on the rear of the cover does have a gasket that should also help repel water. The cover also came with mounting screws. I didnt like the white so I decided to give it a quick shot of black paint. As far as the price point, probably worth the money to protect your investment!
