Having struggled with several flats - I had literally lost confidence in MTB tires on rough trails. The tires look gnarly at the treads but are actually soft esp at the walls and bottom. Tubes were a no go disaster. I took the leap to tubeless and having installed them and tried a few - orange is the way to go on any rim. Other might corrode, but this one does not. Add some every 3-6 months to ensure your seals continue and you are good for any number of rides. A miracle cure for flats - dont leave home without a fill.

Using it on four mountain bikes and one gravel bike last about 4-6 months at a time.

You will not find a better tire sealant. Orange Seal endurance lives up to its name. I live in Colorado and Goat Heads and massive constant construction mean flat tires every week unless you use Orange Seal Endurance in your tubeless tires.

Its hard to believe that some foolish people refuse to accept the well documented proof that tubeless tires are far more reliable than tubes. Orange Seal has worked the best for me for over 5 years. All my mountain and road bike are now tubeless and I havent had a unsealable puncture in literally thousands of road and mountain miles. I ride primarily in western Colorado, Utah, and the Big Island of Hawaii. All well known for being hard on bike tires. Tubes are outdated old school tech that has suffered the same fate as rim brakes and steel frames. The nay sayers all love to tell stories of some poor soul the had a sidewall gash and got covered with sealant. They tried to fix it but got all messy and had to call for help. If you put enough miles on bad roads or non groomed trails you may eventually get a big enough cut that is un-fixable no matter what is inside of your tires. Orange seal will seal pretty much seal everything else.

Ive had this injected for close to a month now, and so far its worked perfectly. I initially put the same amount of sealant on both my Minions, but it seemed that my rear tire was leaking a tiny bit of air over the course of 4 days (ridden once), so I ended up putting in an additional 1.25 oz, which seems to have done the trick. Using this Along with the KOM sealant injector worked really well on the tubeless stems I purchased. Had no issues with clunks getting stuck in. Some people complain about a smell in other agents. Didnt notice anything with this, but I didnt go out of my way to smell it either. I havent noticed any punctures yet (hopefully I can just avoid those altogether) but Ill update my review in the future for anything I notice.

This product is flawless. It works like charm, i ran over a cactus going down hill and tires held and sealed right back up. This sealant also works for a long time so ur not buying a new one over and over. This sealant only down side is if you don’t ride often like 1-2 a month it drys up and doesn’t give you the protection I usually would.

I ended up having Stans in my front tires on both my road bike and MTB, and Orange Seal in the rear tires. (Dont ask, long story...) Ive always read that you should never mix the 2 products. Being a skeptic, I decided to test that claim. I had a little bit of Stans left in a pint bottle, about 0.5 oz. I poured it into a small glass jar, then added 0.5 oz of Orange Seal to it. I gave it some mild agitation by shaking, basically to simulate the mixing youd get as you ride. The 50/50 mix blended perfectly - no emulsion, separation, settling - just a perfectly miscible blend of the 2 fluids. Id have no problem feeling comfortable to use that resulting 1 oz next time I top off a tire.

I wanted this small 4oz bottle of OS Endurance for long bike trips. I think Orange Seal is the best however the bottle I received was marked with an expiration date of 07/22/2022. How important is the expiration date? What is the shelf life on this product? Would have been five stars if not for the expired date.

This is a really good sealant. In several thousand miles using this sealant, I have not been stranded roadside fiddling w tubes. It seals much better and holds longer than Stans. If you use Orange Seal (or other) threaded stems, you can add sealant without even unmounting the tire. A reliable tubeless tire setup with Orange Seal is the safest way to ride. No blowouts or pinch flats that might cause a crash or getting stuck hazardous places messing w tires when conditions are unfavorable. Orange Seal will keep you riding rather than messing with tires. I didnt comment about use, because its incredibly simple to pour or inject then inflate (often with only a track pump needed. Put a few OZs in, pump, spin, ride. Refresh every few months.
