It’s works well on hardwood floors but it’s not my fav for carpet

I absolutely love this vacuum cleaner! I can use it anywhere my vehicle, my home, under the bed and the smallest corners! The only thing when it’s charged it for last to long. I love that it’s easy to clean as well

You cannot beat this vacuum for the price! I bought it when my Cordless Bissell Crosswave BROKE as a quick fix, and it became my go-to vacuum. I prefer this vacuum over that Bissel, hands down! It completely breaks down, making it extremely easy to clean. It came with TWO filters and brush heads that can be easily changed. It also came with handheld attachments such as a corner attachment, etc. The battery life is amazing and has never died on me. The charging port has hanging instructions and can be mounted on the wall, which I love. The super suction mode is strong enough to lift my heavy rugs, but the normal suction is plenty for rugs and hardwood. If this thing ever gives out on me, I will purchase another one before I buy another cross-wave. I need my vacuum to be good with cat hair and litter, which litter is a pain for most vacuums, but this one doesnt struggle whatsoever! Highly recommend!

Updated edit: Following this review, the customer service team reached out to me to help support the issues Ive had with the device. I strongly appreciate this, as its well past the return window and I find it rare that a company would take such care and consideration of their customers under these circumstances. Theyve offered an upgraded replacement (or a full refund). Im now confident in the customer care of this company, so Id like to try more of their products. I may well have just received a somewhat faulty item. I value stellar customer service a lot, so if youre apprehensive about purchasing any of their products Id advise youre in safe hands, as they clearly do care a great deal about customer satisfaction. Old review: This is cheap with incredible reviews, but the longevity is NOT there. I’m past the return window and this device “moves dirt around” (according to my kids) at absolute best now. I’ve cleaned it, checked for any issues, it’s well charged but …. it’s just become horrendous at actually vacuuming anything.

Its been half a year since I have it, and still works perfectly. I use it for small studio, (300sq feet) and had no problems with it.

I give them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ FIVE STARS. As soon as I receive my New ORFELD V20M I had the battery fully charged, I took approximately 1 ½ hours for the initial charge, which is normal. The assembly is very easy, they provide you with a good manual. The ORFELD V20 cordless vacuum cleaner is suitable for hard floor, tile floor, wooden floor, carpet, it comes with TWO different Brushes (Hairbrush and Soft Roller brush), so first I did my carpeted office. The powerful suction power (22000 Pa) instantly sucked up the carpet dust, saving cleaning time. The brush went in very narrow and low cabinet that I have. It worked well for around 40 minutes and pickup lots of carpet dust. One thing I found very useful is that the variable stick length. Therefore, I give ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ FIVE STARS for the DESIGN. The next thing I did was to the empty and clean the dustbin, which is very easy to do, just move the clamp down. Dump it in a plastic bag and wont dirty your hands. I used an old toothbrush to remove the dust from the filter, which make the task easier. Excellent filter with a Strainer Screen, which makes them last longer, besides of being washable. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ FIVE STARS for the filters. The powerful cyclone and 5 stages HEPA filtration system capture 99.99% of fine dust, I did not see any dust coming out of the vacuum, yet it was very quiet. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ FIVE STARS for the very low noise. Once, I re-charge it, I vacuumed the venetian blinds. I found the ORFELD V20, to be very Light, to carry from one room to the next and vacuum the blinds. Less than 3.3lbs is good for women and elder people to move around. The wall mount is very convenient and makes it easily to be stored and charged without taking up much space. I give another ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ FIVE STARS for the Wall Mount. It comes with 3 years technical support, 24/7 customer service. I found ORFELD to be an EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPANY. OVERALL, I give the ORFELD V20 the ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ FIVE STARS. HAPPY CUSTOMER.

had this vacuum for a few months at it does what I need it too. suction isnt that great for bigger things to pick up. the changing of the rolls for the hardwood and carpet is pretty obnoxious. when I move the vacuum while it is off, debris comes out from the bottom. especially when you have it as a hand vacuum. to sum it up, its okay for small clean ups. if I could go back and get something else, I would. UPDATE: after posting this review, the companys customer service contacted me to help and answer any questions. i have updated my review to show the company does care about the customers and will help to navigate any issues.

I had bought one of the Orfeld cordless handheld units back in 2020. I have a fractured spine and pulling out the Dyson for little things was just too much of a pain, literally. It was lite and the suction was pretty good. It did its job until the hose connecting the head split open. To its credit it still worked just at a greatly diminished capacity. At first I didnt notice the crack because it is covered when not in use by the locking mechanism that allows it to stand upright on its own. But when I would lift it off the floor everything that I had vacuumed up came pouring out. Sooo, time for a new one it looked like. The people at Orfeld were very nice and were willing to help me out. I got what was basically the same vacuum just updated. The old one feels a little bit heavier and the LED lights in front of the head are a bit brighter. The old one also stood up on its own which was a nice feature but is also, probably, what caused the crack in the hose. The suction on the new one is much better, it is more maneuverable, is a little liter, has more pliable connecting hose, and a nice little hanging charging station. The new one is a little bit shorter and the head is a little smaller but it works good and that is what counts. All in all it is a nice little vacuum that fills in when it is needed.

For the price this is a pretty solid vacuum. I can see this being good in a small apartment without kids or pets. However, I have both and I live in a 2 story townhouse. Needless to say, this vacuum is not powerful enough to clean my house, especially in one go. The battery lasts for 1 room and then needs a few hours to charge completely before I can go onto the next room. I do like how its relatively easy to clean and charge and has adjustable height. Its functionality is great, but I just with it had a longer lasting battery and maybe the width of the actual vacuum could be wider.
