So far, it’s doing the job and exceeding expectations. Very quite and gets the job done! Hard to stir it when using in the carpet.

This is such an amazing cordless vac! There’s so many to choose from on Amazon, but this one kept catching my eye and the reviews were great so I picked this one. I’m so glad I did. It was so easy to “set up” and charging took no time. Worked very well and powerful, my various length carpets all were cleaned in no time and it even picked up my one cat’s super coarse straight hair and my other cat’s very fluffy, soft fine hair. I highly recommend this vacuum.

Absolutely love my vacuum, very powerful for how small it is! Picks up the most minimal debris. We had a slight issue 3 months after receiving the vacuum, we contacted customer service and I am absolutely impressed with their quick response and resolving our matter. I would high recommend this product and company as it’s refreshing to actually buy something that works as promised, and interacting with the product manufacturers was a delightful experience!

Was very skeptical to purchase this at first due to some gushing reviews that sounded like theyd been bought/paid for as is now the normal deception practice on Amazon. However this has been one of my most pleasant purchase. Been using for a few months now. I have found the ease of putting it together then putting it away in such a small compact space saving way very pleasant. The suction also works very well so that I do not necessarily need to use the booster most times, the normal suction is good enough for me. My most loved aspect of this is the Light that comes with this, making it easy to see what could have easily been missed especially when I am vacuuming at night! My only pet peeve: I have a deep plush carpet that collects my dogs hairs which does require a bit more time to run over to completely rid of hair. I will say this part takes a lot more time and isnt as easy as it is when running this over hard floor. Hence the 4 stars. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase, especially with that 5 stars price, no regrets so far!

The assembly is very easy, they provide you with a good manual. The ORFELD V20 cordless vacuum cleaner is suitable for hard floor, tile floor, wooden floor, carpet, it comes with TWO different Brushes (Hairbrush and Soft Roller brush), so first I did my carpeted office. The powerful suction power (22000 Pa) instantly sucked up the carpet dust, saving cleaning time. The brush went in very narrow and low cabinet that I have. It worked well for around 40 minutes and pickup lots of carpet dust. One thing I found very useful is that the variable stick length. Therefore, I give ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ FIVE STARS for the DESIGN. The next thing I did was to the empty and clean the dustbin, which is very easy to do, just move the clamp down. Dump it in a plastic bag and wont dirty your hands. I used an old toothbrush to remove the dust from the filter, which make the task easier. Excellent filter with a Strainer Screen, which makes them last longer, besides of being washable. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ FIVE STARS for the filters. The powerful cyclone and 5 stages HEPA filtration system capture 99.99% of fine dust, I did not see any dust coming out of the vacuum, yet it was very quiet. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ FIVE STARS for the very low noise. Once, I re-charge it, I vacuumed the venetian blinds. I found the ORFELD V20, to be very Light, to carry from one room to the next and vacuum the blinds. Less than 3.3lbs is good for women and elder people to move around. The wall mount is very convenient and makes it easily to be stored and charged without taking up much space. I give another ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ FIVE STARS for the Wall Mount. It comes with 3 years technical support, 24/7 customer service. I found ORFELD to be an EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPANY. If youre looking at a vacuum in this price range, you probably know its not going to be anything super fancy. But boy do I love it. Very lightweight, glides easily across my carpet, charge lasted more than enough time to clean my small apartment, and super easy to empty. One of the annoying issues Ive had with past vacuums is hair getting caught around the rollers. Since this has interchangeable rollers that are easily removed with the click of a button, cutting the hair out of it only took a minute. Im also sensitive to loud sounds and this vacuum did not bother me at all, even my cat was less scared of it than other vacuums! Overall, I am honestly thrilled with this purchase.

Absolutely loved the vacuum at first! I used it everyday no problem! One day while vacuuming the rug, the swifter part stopped working. Apparently it was too much and the belt to the motor broke. Sad day in my house. It did better than expected, but wished it lasted longer. I really appreciate the wall charger mount. Was very ideal.
