> 3 dayThey are a little tricky at first to remove. You actually slide the pull out portion down a bit then pull out to help grab so that you can remove the entire cover from the outlet. I give it 4 stars because of lack of clear instructions on the box.

> 3 dayThese have a little tab to flip up to make removing easier.

> 3 dayThese things are so difficult to remove. The piece you have to pull down will nearly pull your fingernail out and you nearly pull the whole outlet out the wall trying to shimmy it out

Greater than one weekMy kids cannot take these out, and some times neither can I haha, so if you want easy these are not it. I have these in their rooms since I use those plugs less

Greater than one weekPerfect. And the tab makes removal super easy. The square is big enough to hide the outlet entirely, which works amazing for me because my outlets are not the same color as the covers. I was looking for a way to keep the dust out and hide the fact that they put tan outlets throughout the house. I don’t have kids, so if you’re looking for child proofing all I can say is they aren’t super easy to remove from tthe wall. You have to wiggle it with the tab out. But the tab is something I could see a child being capable of breaking, so there’s that.

Greater than one weekThese are a little smaller than I envisioned but it was probably listed on the website and I overlooked it. It does have a hook to pull them out of the wall that some are easier to remove than others.

> 3 dayOur little guy is up and crawling around which means he is trying to play with plugs. We knew it was tine to baby proof, but I have such a hard time getting the straight covers off to do something like vacuum amd usually end up cracking a fingernail. I love that these lock in so he cant yank them out easy, and they slide up to unlock a little handle to pull it oit of the wall.

> 3 dayREALLY like these! Bought some to baby proof home for a grandson who is now on the move. They stay in well until you are ready to remove them. When you want to use the plug just slide the plastic piece and it becomes a small grab handle to easily remove. So much easier than the plugs available when my kids were small ! Even my husband who has arthritis can get the plugs out. But unless you slide the piece and pull it they are securely in place. I just ordered another bag for other family members.

> 3 dayMy husband and I had to use a plastic letter opener and much wedging and pulling to get these back out of the socket. We were actually worried part of it might break off given the amount of force it finally took to get it out. We dont have any problem plugging and unplugging our standard 3-prong plug appliances. I get that youre child-proofing for safety but these are adult-proof too, my fingers will never be able to just pull this out, I think the tab would break off. Unless we wanted to permanently plug the socket these are of no use to us Update - after clipping the ground post to about half the length with wire cutters and filing them smooth (following other reviewers hints) they work ok - they are too loose for child safety but we are using them for insulation so they just need to fit well enough to stay in. Rating stars upgraded from 1 to 3. )

> 3 dayThese are great and a good concept, but I have sensitive hands due to eczema and it is extremely difficult to remove these from the outlets. I guess it’s a good thing, as they are extremely baby proof, but I have to ask my step brother to remove them when I need access. They are extremely aesthetically pleasing, though.
