06-06-2025The photo shows 3 plug protectors. Lower left is a type I installed for the older g-kids many years ago- very hard to remove. I got these plugs since they have the fold-out tab for removal. However I was very disappointed when I installed them. Upper right is the plug- notice how long the ground (round) pole is- this thing is extremely difficult to both install and remove. I solved the problem with my Dremel tool (as shown)- notice the altered plug lower right, where I cut off most of the round pole. Works nicely now, so if you have a Dremel and are willing to do a bit of altering, I recommend them, otherwise not.

> 3 dayREALLY like these! Bought some to baby proof home for a grandson who is now on the move. They stay in well until you are ready to remove them. When you want to use the plug just slide the plastic piece and it becomes a small grab handle to easily remove. So much easier than the plugs available when my kids were small ! Even my husband who has arthritis can get the plugs out. But unless you slide the piece and pull it they are securely in place. I just ordered another bag for other family members.

> 3 dayI love the size of the product, it is not bulky. Also it is white so my baby goes by it and does not even notice it. The only feature that I think is useless for me, is the bottom half that has to lift in order to pull it out. I cant pick that up easily to use the little handle. So Id rather just use any edge and take it out as a regular plug cover. Also this order comes with so many, that the whole home will be safe.

> 3 dayI bought these because I thought they would be easier to remove when I needed to access the outlet, but still tricky for a toddler. However they are very hard to remove and gave my husband a nasty cut on his finger. I would not recommend buying these.

> 3 dayThese are tougher to remove than most outlet covers without the little tab but our baby still figured out how to pull them out. Its enough of a challenge that she tends to find something else to play with but shes taken them out several times successfully. The search continues for truly babyproof outlet covers.

> 3 dayThese are a tight fit and not easy to remove which is good as far as baby is concerned. My 9 month old grandson figured out how to flip up the pull lever but he doesn’t have the strength yet to pull it from the wall.

06-06-2025Some of them are very stiff and hard to get the piece to slide down to pull it out of the socket. Illustration picture on the box or insert inside the box, or a video on the product page would be helpful.
