I absolutely love this stuff. Weve been using it for our kids for 5 years and it gets rid of diaper rashes just like that. Its a geat deal and delivered fast.

My dad is from Germany & Ive been using this product for years. Its wonderful! If youre breast feeding & have sore or cracked nipples apply Penaten Creme to them after the baby is done feeding. I found baby wipes work best in removing the creme before the next feeding. Works better than Lanolin on sore nipples. Plus Lanolin is an ingredient in Penaten Creme. Ive used this creme on diaper rashes, eczema, burns, rashes, dog paws, scrapes/scratches, chapped/cracked hands... I ❤️ Penaten Creme & couldnt live without.

Excellent product, nothing compares!

Excellent cream to use every day. Pure enough to use on your babys face - to moisturize & protect from the cold to the babys bottom for diaper rash. On sore cracked hands from too much washing, to dried nails and cuticles. Great for dry elbows, feet & knees too. Use on a paper cut to stop the sting instantly. Put on a band aid and use to cover a scrape, again stopping the pain instantly because this pure wholesome cream is a great protective coating. Ive used Penaten Creme since I was a child. My mother came from Germany and always used this cream when we were growing up. Its great to know that we can now buy it online and its the same great product that Ive always known.

Penaten Creme is the BEST. My mother used it for me; I have used it for my daughter and she used it for her child. As protection against sores in the private area theres nothing that beats Penaten Creme. True, its a little hard to wash off, but good warm water and soap will do it and its well worth the effort if you want to really keep a baby/small child sore-free.

Used this on my daughter when we lived in Germany. It heals any redness or rash in a day. No other cream has come close here in the states. Told all my friends in Germany to stock up if they’re moving back. Used it recently on her for a stubborn rash that nothing else helped and it was seriously gone within a day. As others have said it is great for any skin protecting. It is thick and doesn’t wash off very easily, but it is easier to wash off and more gentle than other creams I’ve tried.

Purchased this on the recommendation from my MIL. This is an amazing product. Clears up diaper rash in no time. Ive even used it on big bites and it takes the itch out! It does leave a white haze on the area applied.
