I have been using this cream during years and it helps to relieve any irritation or damage in the skin, and also protects in case of stings or injuries. It may be also applied to sensitive parts and mucosa. I recommend it highly.

Glad this is still around use it on my babies now bought it for my sons son and helps itchy patches on my old skin too

Good for nappy rash

I have used this cream on my daughter back in 1981 when she was a baby. She had the most sensitive skin and this product soothed her skin immediately and healed her rashes. Fast forward to 2015 and her son has the same sensitive skin. I was elated to find this product here on Amazon. I highly recommend this product . It works and heals rashes faster than any product on the market.It is well worth the price .

We loved this stuff, but the lid comes off REALLY easily. My son got into it twice. And because its a really solid paste it took a lot of work to get it out of his hair. Its a great product, but the lid really needs to be better secured

This stuff is magic. Cures baby bottoms almost immediately. Highly recommend to all for use as diaper cream but also can be used beyond.

We bought this because my husband is German and this is what he used as a baby and he was excited to get it for his own kids. Im not crazy about it though- it does work to prevent diaper rash I will give it that. I reeeaalllly dislike how sticky it is though. It sticks to the hands and doesnt rub well on the baby butt. I also hate the packaging- it comes in a tin which you have to dip your hands in meaning that you invariably: 1) Take too much out 2) Not Hygienic after youve been wiping a poopy butt to dip your hands into a container 3) The container doesnt screw or pop on so if you turn it upside down the lid falls off which means its not transportable in a diaper bag unless you use a rubber band or you like living dangerously. 4) Since its so easy to open a two year old can open it and paint butt cream all over their body and face like a powdery commando. I much prefer the Burts Bees Baby Cream- Just as effective, not as sticky, easy peasy squeeze bottle container that I can throw in my diaper bag.

There is no better cream for diaper rash than this. I’ve used this thick cream for 36 years and there’s nothing else like it. It works amazing and it thick and lathers on nicely! Highly recommend!

My family had used this for all the babies for over 43 years. Wouldnt use anything else!
