I purchased this and another similar brand for my husband and I. We live in TX and its currently triple digits everyday. I have MS and my husband just cant handle heat very well. I figured this would help when I went out to do yard work or even just a walk. Based upon reviews, some people say this helps outside. I will have to strongly disagree. All I did was walk outside onto my shaded patio, (99.6 degrees at the time) and it felt like a hair dryer was blowing onto my neck. It just takes the unbearable hot air and blows it onto your neck and face. All in all, what I purchased it for is an absolute no-go. So, if youre looking for relief outside from extreme temperatures, this wont work. I ended up going back to my frozen towel. So that was kinda a downer. Inside though, totally different story! My husband likes the house at 65 degrees and I like it more 75-80. He wore this and at first was skeptical. But, once he noticed the house temp was 77 and he was still feeling fine, he agreed great purchase. Its comfortable, not noisy and quick recharge which goes for hours. But, I feel they shouldnt advertise the product as helpful when using outdoors in extreme heat. I really emphasize that part because of so many heat waves everywhere. **Do not purchase for outdoor activities in severe heat**

Nice and comfy product that does a nice job keeping me cooler...I sometimes get very hot and this condition can bring on a seizure when I get hot and tired...the cooling effect seems to make me relax and lessen the stress levels that can bring on a seizure....I dont know if this is an end result to my seizures but it sure seems to help! Thanks for a great product!

Yes this does produce a great breeze if you are not being active. Once you start to sweat the air turns tepid. About 30 minutes into Mowing or a hike the cool breeze is not refreshing. It is a little loud when on high but not bad if you turn up your headphones. It does vibrate annoyingly when it hits your headphones when you jog. Overall I prefer my evaporation neck towel to the neck fan. Battery life is good lasts well over my 60 minute hikes. Recharge is very slow.

I use this fan at work as well as at home when Im hard at it doing thorough house cleaning. Before I purchased this Samisko Bladeless Cooling Fan, I would be soaked with perspiration. Not anymore. I have not gotten hot once since using this fan. I read others said it stopped blowing as well on one side after some time, however I have not experienced that. I chose this fan after researching & reading a ton of reviews & I definitely made a great choice in this one. Highly recommend!

I purchased this on an impulse on Prime Day, thinking how nice it would be if it really helped keep me cooler in 100 degree Texas heat. It is wonderful….exceeded my expectations and that is a real treat. Wear it while gardening, wear it at the gym, and even inside when I’m trying to cool down. Worth every penny and more!

I got this neck fan for sweaty friend, he easily sweet when he eat something hot or spicy food. Now this fan using every time he eats, and noise is not bad and he said Its really nice that the wind comes out from the top, It blows the wind right at face, so it instantly cools down when you turn it on. I think it will be more useful in the summer.

My wife uses it when she is working in her garden. it is light weight, and keeps her cool. she loves it.

It’s kind of bulky around my neck. I wear it frequently. Teaching or when I’m having hot flashes and it does the trick. I just wish the design was slimmer.

I have used it three or four times since I got it. I went to use it last weekend and it wouldn’t turn on so I made sure it was plugged in to charge. Still a week later it will not come on
