This personal fan works as advertised. On the lowest setting, the noise is hardly noticeable but naturally the sound level increases as the speed increases. It puts out a nice, cool breeze.

I am a teacher and work in a very hot classroom, this fan has made my life so much cooler!!! I cant believe I just now thought of buying this product this late in the year but Im so relieved I did!! It lasts all day too, I charge it at night and put it on in the morning.

I purchased this and another similar brand for my husband and I. We live in TX and its currently triple digits everyday. I have MS and my husband just cant handle heat very well. I figured this would help when I went out to do yard work or even just a walk. Based upon reviews, some people say this helps outside. I will have to strongly disagree. All I did was walk outside onto my shaded patio, (99.6 degrees at the time) and it felt like a hair dryer was blowing onto my neck. It just takes the unbearable hot air and blows it onto your neck and face. All in all, what I purchased it for is an absolute no-go. So, if youre looking for relief outside from extreme temperatures, this wont work. I ended up going back to my frozen towel. So that was kinda a downer. Inside though, totally different story! My husband likes the house at 65 degrees and I like it more 75-80. He wore this and at first was skeptical. But, once he noticed the house temp was 77 and he was still feeling fine, he agreed great purchase. Its comfortable, not noisy and quick recharge which goes for hours. But, I feel they shouldnt advertise the product as helpful when using outdoors in extreme heat. I really emphasize that part because of so many heat waves everywhere. **Do not purchase for outdoor activities in severe heat**

This works great to keep me going on my walks. Yesterday it was 85 outside! Was able to walk longer using this fan.

Keeps me cool when hot flashes kick in. Very quiet. The design ensures my hair doesnt get caught.

I was at work and almost passed out due to the heat,I put this on and I wasn’t light headed anymore.my job says it’s a safety hazard so I tucked it in my shirt. And use it on my breaks. If there was a way it could be invisible would be great!

This neck fan far exceeded my expectations as far as noise level and output goes. Very easy to charge and so far it only needs to be charged once a week.

Bought to use while singing on choir. I was able to use & not know I had it on. The noise level is very soft & not loud like others Ive purchased in the past. Have not have to recharge. I love it! Highly recommended.

This one was bought as a gift. I bought one last summer and was amazed how cooling it was. I took it to Florida and wore it everywhere. The fan is wrong and runs long on a charge. The noise level is fine. I wear it watching tv, gardening exercising on the beach and it is quiet enough I can hold a conversation with no problem. I was told by my grandson he has seen people wearing them and he thought that they were leaving their headphones around their neck. It’s winter here but when cleaning or exercising I can’t go without it. This is definitely a Great product. I can go to those hot sunny baseball games of my grandson and I’m fine which before always left before the end due heat. I Luv this product.
