I had to glue it back together because there wasn’t one available to replace it with and I loved the urn so much. The ashes already came I. A wooden box and this box fit exactly right over it. It is definitely a beautiful present to give to someone who has lost their precious furbaby. Again it pretty sturdy but the frame area needs to be stronger. I inky changed out picture twice and it broke. I plan to change out the picture so that needs to be stronger. All-in-all it is a beautiful urn for my precious pup who died just three weeks ago. The urn came quick and was in time when I brought my pups ashes home.

> 24 hourIt’s easy and secure. You need to keep or get the case the ashes came in to place inside. I also would be happier if the writing was smaller and the picture size was 4x6. It’s hard to find the right picture then have to cut it to fit. Overall though I think it’s classy and sturdy.
