Purchased this for a co-worker who lost her cat and I was very disappointed when it arrived. The corner of the box was chipped and a couple spots were not even black in color (I chose the black colored box). The one nice part was that the door to it was the complete size of the box so I didnt have to actually take the ashes out of the container they were shipped in. I was able to fit the whole container in the memorial box itself! Which is nice because if it were to fall or get dropped, Im sure it would break apart because of how flimsy it seems. Therefore, now I know the ashes will still be secured in the container that is within the box.

You can hardly read the words. Everything is smeared. Horrible absolutely horrible.

Nice product, quality could be better as the material it’s made from seems rather cheap and the screw hole and screw weren’t centered. But it fit the ashes from my 70 pound doodle that I lost last month.

Thank you for making this available to pet parents like me! I got this days after my babys passing and I love it, it is a great way to keep him with me.

Beautiful and exactly as described. I had trouble closing the lid, but eventually got it.

This box looks nice and serves its purpose. My only issue is that the screw holding the top on seemed too small. It slid right in and would not tighten. Otherwise I am happy with it and I love the photo holder.

It is small enough but very well crafted and a very good memory for a loved dog

The screw on the bottom was stripped & couldnt be opened. The panel that was supposed to slide open for our animals remains broke in two.

I love this beautiful bamboo box, perfect for my little Lucy put in box. How I love the words written was a perfect one.
