> 3 dayI have had 4 of these brushes over the years. I have thick wavy hair and this brush glides though it easily without pulling my hair. It also helps keep the frizzes down. They are durable and last for several years. I have both sizes and keep one in the car.

> 3 dayOMG!!! I bought this brush almost exactly 2 years ago and it is still the very best brush I have ever owned. It has been in daily use, been washed several times, and still hasnt lost any of the bristle tips, still is just as it was when new, and I love how well it brushes my hair (incredibly, some brushes dont). If you want a great, long lasting brush, then you should get this one!

> 3 dayI purchased this brush last year on another website. This brush is the favorite out of all of our brushes. Sometimes it poses a problem that my husband and I both prefer to use this brush. It has been a issue enough times that I went looking for this brush on the www so I could purchase another one. Of course I found it right away on Amazon at a great price! I gave it to my husband as a gift and he was thrilled. This brush was immediately placed in his diddy bag. No more having to share the favorite hair brush! The reason we both liked this brush so much is because of its light touch that is still strong enough to brush through my thick hair but is light enough not to scratch my husbands scalp through his thinning hair. The size and weight of the brush is good in my hand and my husbands hand. Made well so it should last for many years to come.

> 3 dayI have 3 of these that Ive had for at least 20-25 years! The smaller purse size is still beautiful! The 2 larger ones (like this new one) have been used SO much that theyre getting a little tattered and Ive only been using the small one! I couldnt remember the name of the company on the brush (it had worn off quite a few years ago) so when I saw this on Amazon I was so excited! Its the perfect brush! I think Ill order a couple more!

Greater than one weekThis is like the old fashioned brushes I grew up with. It smooths the hair and has lots of bristles which glide through my fine hair and keeps it tangle free. It is a little pricey, but I plan on keeping it for a long time.

Greater than one weekIve purchased a Phillips Light Touch #1 and was looking for a new brush. One that I thought would correct the issues that I had with the other model. Dont waste your time or money if you have kinky, afro-textured hair that youd like to detangle with a brush. Or if you wish to even get your brush into your hair, do not buy this. I was expecting to unbox an easy to clean brush with soft flexible pins that wouldnt snag my ends. As soon as I laid eyes on this brush, I knew it wasnt for me. The pins are actually a cluster of one ball pin and two ball-less pins. They are stiff and are set up in such a high concentration. This is not good for natural afro-textured hair. For the sake of a review i tried it anyway. I may as well have put a velcro strip on my head. It immediately started pulling out unnecessary hair. This brush would not even get to the very ends of my hair. Putting this brush to my hair shaft was trouble as well. I touched this brush to my head when it was saturated in my preferred hair mask, moisturized while wet, and blow-dried. I say touched because even when attempting the Lightest Touch possible, this brush just pulled my hair out. and it didnt take any more than a stroke to each state of my hair to figure this out. Not even a full stroke because the brush would not move through my hair. Unless forced and I wasnt going to do that. If you have a curly hair type, do not buy this brush.
