First and foremost, dont expect the Bluetooth to actually function. However, if you have a laptop, you can connect the printer directly to it and download your chosen operating systems version of software and it works. The mobile app, however, is beyond abysmal. Wants location access to connect to Bluetooth for some reason and insists this is the only way to get it to work. Neither my ipad or android phone could see the printer, and Im very technically savvy. The labels are totally customizable and look sharp.

Love this label printer. Very easy to use and perfect for little projects or making address labels.

I love this product but the labels werent printed dark enough even after adjusting the darkness.

Love this portable printer label maker. Easy to use. I have not had any alignment issues but I havent replaced the ribbon yet either.
