Mini Label Maker - Label Maker Machine Phomemo P12-Pro USB Rechargeable Label Makers, Portable Label Maker with Tape Easy Use for Smart Phone, with 1 Plastic Label Ideal for Home Office Organization (Off-White)Mini Label Maker - Label Maker Machine Phomemo P12-Pro USB Rechargeable Label Makers, Portable Label Maker with Tape Easy Use for Smart Phone, with 1 Plastic Label Ideal for Home Office Organization (Off-White) The labeler comes packaged simply in a white cardboard box with clear shrink wrap. The cover slides off easily, revealing the label maker itself on the top, along with a USB c charge cable. At the bottom of the box is a fold-out booklet with instructions. The labeler does not come with its own charger, so youll have to supply your own phone charger to plug the USB cable into. I plugged the short charging cable into my phone charger, and plug the other end into the label maker. A small green LED blinks quickly when you put it on to charge. Reading through the instructions, it tells you to put the p12 label cassette in first, but in this case, the cassette is already installed in the machine. Upon careful inspection of the label-making tape, I saw that you need to remove the cartridge, pull a tape seal off the tape cartridge, and reinstall it. I noticed when I pulled the sealing tape from the cartridge that the back printing material wanted to separate from the label tape, so you might be careful about that. When I put the cover for the tape cartridge back on, I noticed that the little clear window does line up with the end of the tape so that you can see how much tape is left in the machine. I had pulled a couple of inches out to get past that backing material that was pulling off earlier and it cut cleanly with the built-in cutter on the printer. Next, the instructions send you to Google Play or the app store to download the Printmaster app. If you go directly to the Play store, it shows multiple versions of this app. The instructions give you a QR code to use, so I used that to pinpoint the correct app for this device. Youll want the one that says Printmaster by Quinn LLC and has a little red mushroom logo. Installing. It takes moments, but Im sure that will vary depending on your download speeds. Once you have the app installed on your phone, youll have to register it and create an account, [complete with a password] and they will email a verification code to you that was required before you can use it. The app instructions are pretty straightforward and take you step by step to tell you how to create a label. Youll have to unplug your charging cord before using the printer, as it has to be turned on and have a solid green light before starting. I was a little confused with my first test label because it appeared that nothing had been printed on the label. Then I noticed that the black strip on the back which had been loose before had now adhered to the tape’s backing. The black strip of plastic heat fuses to the label to create your printing. When you peel off the label to use it, you have to peel off the black strip to reveal your label, and then it has the standard horizontal crack and peel backing. The adhesive that comes on the label seems to work well enough. The carbon tape that does the actual printing is a new wrinkle for me. I had not seen this before in a label maker. I hope that the refills for these are not expensive. I read through all of the instructions, and there wasnt a lot of reference to the charging of the device, as to how long it will take for a full charge. Charge. There was a reference in the FAQ, that did mention that you need to charge this for more than 2 and 1/2 hours, so I am presuming thats how long it takes for a full charge. Im going to plug it back in the charge and well check on the unit later. A short time later (about 30 minutes) I checked the printer and the light glowed solid, so I presume thats a full charge. With this device, you dont know how much battery charge you have left until you get a warning for low battery. Having printed several stickers on this now, Im happy with the interface of the program on your phone and the unit, it does print clearly. The part that I dont care for and is a little bit of a pain in the neck is the black carbon that fuses to the label to print it. The black plastic tape just unrolls with your finished label and gives you another piece of mess on your desktop to deal with when youre trying to label things. The crack line on the back of the label tape works fine for removing the backing before sticking your label.

This is perfect for my needs. I can change the font or the color of paper. I needed labels on my coffee tins, as well as keys I put in my sage. This did the job, and the best part is, no ink needed. Easy win, controlled thru an app on your phone.

This great little label maker allows you to create long or short labels. The included label cartridge is continuous so you can cut it with the built in cutter to whatever size you need. Print quality is great. I’m a graphic designer and have a high attention for detail. Very impressed. The app was easy to connect and fairly simple to figure out. Swapping the label cartridges is super easy as well. Overall I recommend this label maker.

This label maker is very handy. It comes with 3 sets of label tape: black, white, and clear. The app was easy to install and is a breeze to navigate. There are several different fonts to choose from and the size of the font can be changed. There are many ways to customize labels with banners, symbols, and icons. The photo is a label my daughter made for me. I can see her getting carried away with designing labels for every random thing, haha. So far, I have used the label maker to make tabs for my planner and notebooks.

Purchased this for my mother to replace an old one that has the keyboard on it. Those older ones are not user friendly at all. It seems like the keyboard on it would make things easy but nope. She couldnt figure out how to get icons to print since you had to memorize like 50 letters number codes to get the pic you wanted. This fixes all problems for her. She was printing labels for everything with pictures and different fonts and sizes in about five minutes. Ive used it myself a few times now and it is so much better. It prints fast, clean, quiet and has some very cool options for different types of labels, and the labels themselves are quick and easy to change. Last but not least, the built in rechargeable battery is a great improvement over the last 2 we had, or actually, still have but regardless of how new the batteries they always display LOW BATTERIES before printing a single label. So, I can happily say, I recommend this.

Labels don’t stick to metal, plastic or leather. They just peel off. I have to use clear cellophane tape on top of label to secure it to the back of my iPhone, metal cabinets, etc. Sticks to paper, that’s about it.

I loved the lable maker at first. It worked flawlessly. When it ran out of tape on the first roll it started making a clicking noise put new roll in and same clicking noise but no lable. It had printed all in one spot. The tape was no longer advancing. After talking with customer service I was able to resolve my problem with the printer. It truly is a wonderful printer. Customer service was excellent and had very quick response time. I changed my star rating to 5 stars for great design and function.
