Photo Impact Pro 13

Ive used PhotoImpact since its beginning & swear by it since then & owe to it my fame & fortune.

I have used Ulead products for many years, PhotoImpact is still my favorite image editing and design software. After Corel bought the name and quit supporting it I began a serious search for a replacement. It is not the same, I cannot find a replacement and will be sad (and handicapped for my photo and graphics design) when it is no longer available. I am happy to see that it is still around someplace.

This is the very best image editing program on the market!

works well, Not as complex as Photoshop but sufficient for my needs.

Ive been using this product since its inception and as far as I can tell it is as complete as Photo Shop. It will run Photo Shop Plugins.

I havent used it since I bought it. In fact, I deleted it off my computer because I have CS4 now.

It packed with so many features and the price is a great deal. Impact13 has won me many photo competitions and shows off my best pictures. This product is great for anyone starting up in photography!

If I could find my CD disk of Photo Impact 10 I would chunk this one in the trash. Not worth it. Not easy to use and have a hard time getting it to open up on Windows 10.

I had an earlier version of Photo Impact but recently purchased Photo Impact Pro 13. I had a lot of trouble deleting the earlier version prior to installing the new version. You would think that the new version would delete the old one upon installation, but apparently Photo Impact didnt think to make that option available. After Pro 13 was installed, the tools seemed to work pretty well. However, after installing Pro 13, I emailed Nova Development with a couple of simple questions. The first got a boiler-plate response, which I guess was OK (it was couched in terms that I had to look up in the products glossary/index and then study in depth prior to attempting my task again). The second elicited a response that the request was in their queue line, but nothing more ever came to me. They never followed up with anything! Thats not acceptable Customer Service.

10 years ago, I would have given this 5 stars. Ive been using it and earlier versions for many years. But it hasnt been updated since 2008 and has passed from ULEAD, which was bought by Corel, and then was sold to Nova Development because Corel already had a competing line. Nova doesnt even show it on their web page any longer. IMHO, it ought to be cheaper by now. So consider these factors when you consider purchasing.
