Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield Double Pack - Nintendo Switch

I cant give this game a good review as it does not let you transfer all Pokémon to the game. Got to catchem all is not possible. Not thrilled that we cant farm berries either. Some other issues as well. This is a Switch game and not a 3DS game so it should have been better. I give it two stars in hopes they dont make these mistakes again.

Shouldve came with the steel book and the code for the golden backpack that supposedly come with the pre-ordered double pack.

graphics are terrible, double-pack comes with only one code for golden case which is not fair at all

I havent received DLC code for the gold backpack! But the worst thing was that I preordered the game a month ago but had mine to wait until the next day

This is the first Pokemon game I wont be able to play (and Ive been playing them since Pokemon Blue). Attempting to play Pokemon Sheild for only a few minutes gave me a migraine from the absolutely horrid color choices of the menus and text in the game. The constant shifting between dark backgrounds with light text (which feels like knives driving through my eye sockets into my brain, largely due to a neurological disability) and normal, comfortable dark text on a light background is enough to give someone who is sensative to it a POUNDING migraine before they even manage to get their first Pokemon. I checked the options, and there is no way to turn this horridly aweful color scheme off (or pick a more comfortable color scheme thats more in line with previous Pokemon games). Youre just stuck with the migraine menus, and the colors literally make the game so painful to play that I cant even get the Scorbunny Ive wanted since the first promo video premiered. *shakes head* If you, like me, have neurological or vision issues that make you sensitive to light-on dark (think Steam and Discord), then do NOT buy this game until they decide NOT to try to give everyone who plays it headaches! Your eyes will thank you.

I enjoy it as it my first Pokemon game due to the 3ds one to small of a screen.

While not a perfect game and the lack of a National Dex is disappointing, Pokemon Sword and Shield provides a fun 70 hour experience so far(living dex complete). If the national dex would arrive I could see my hours being bumped way up. Note that right now if you want to camp/cook with friends Local is your only true option.
