This is a pretty decent sized fan. Portable Id a bit of a stretch. However, this has decent power for the small size and being rechargeable rather than the generally strong fans that are tethered to the wall. Its nice that it can also hook on some places. The durability seems ok. Not super rugged, but not too fragile either. I havent run it for a long time, so cant speak on how long the batteries last. Being able to recharge the batteries is nice. Ok prefer it to using disposable batteries and I dont have to be limited to plugging it into a wall. This can be used around the house as well as taken out into the world that doesnt have easy access to wall outlets. Having more than 1 battery is nice. You can use 1 while another charges. I have not used this as a power bank so cant speak on that. Id rather keep the juice to power the fan. Its a good solid product that works.

In spite of being very lightweight, this fan does a reasonably good job of moving the air! The fan has four speed settings, and the light has three levels of intensity. In addition, there is a plastic hook that can be rotated 360 degrees for hanging and positioning the fan. Another great feature, especially if youre using the fan in a situation where its on for hours and hours at a time, is the inclusion of a spare battery...great idea! This is a perfect fan for camping, given its compact size and lightweight construction.

This fan comes with 2 batteries that are very easy to charge, 2 speeds and a light. It is not super powerful but is is quiet. I got this fan because I thought it would b helpful in a couple of areas. I thought the moving air while I gardened would keep the mosquitoes away. It helped. Maybe not 100% so I used some repellent in addition. Then we used it on our boat when we moored in a quiet still cove. The fan did move the air a bit, but to be really comfortable you had to be sitting pretty close to it, even on the top speed. I see this fan being useful for individuals in many ways. Since it is free standing you can take it anywhere. I’m sure I will find many uses for this fan.

This fan first stood out for the sturdy hook that can be used to hang it from the interior of a tent. Though plastic, this is a hook built to last that also folds away and will not get hooked on things that it shouldnt. Aesthetically, I like the color combination of the fan. It works well with its multiple settings but is not powerful enough to leave you feeling windswept. The batteries seem to hold charge well. I like that there are two batteries so that one can serve as a ready backup. The USB connector fixed inside the fan that links the fan and the battery concerns me because it seems like something that might break, but I have not had any issues with it so far. This is a good product.

My family goes camping frequently. I do not like the heat and love to have a fan on to circulate the air in our tents. I have only had this fan for one camping trip so far but it was wonderful! For such a small fan it really moved the air and cooled the tent off. I love that it has a hook so I can hang it up too. The added light was also a nice feature that I do not have on my other camping fan. This fan was definitely a hit and will make the perfect addition to our camping gear!

This fan ran on high for just over 8 hrs on 1 battery. The charging time was about 4 hours. This fan is also very quiet. The led light is functional but not great. The plastic construction appears fairly durable.

I bought this fan so I could have some air circulation in my tent when camping (I tend to stick to campgrounds. The two battery packs were easy to charge and it is easy to connect the battery (one at a time) to the fan. The batteries are almost like a cartridge where they fit into a slot in the base. So you can use one battery while the other is recharging or as standby. The lamp? Yes powerful but I prefer to hang something from the top of my tent that is less bulky so I probably will not use this as much. I decided to try it out at home and was delighted to find out that it is completely silent at the lowest speed and just the whirr of the blades at higher speeds. I had it near my bed and it provided nice air circulation the whole night. I may decide this summer to use it instead of turning on the overhead ceiling fan (saving money). So this fan may be good for those at home trying to cut cooling costs in summer too. The slight negative is when I woke up in the middle of the night, I could detect the small light from the battery. But just putting something on top to mask this worked out fine. BUT as I was using the fan, the installed battery pack ran down and i found that I cannot remove the battery pack to switch it out Even though there are grooves on the battery pack, I cannot get a grip on it well enough to unseat it. There is no “eject button” or anything to assist. My next try will be to get out my adjustable wrench to see if it will dislodge without breaking the fan so I can use it again. I am also not sure if the two battery packs for the fan could also be used to charge(recharge) other items like rechargeable lamps, phone, etc. If so, then these two battery packs may come with me on international trips even if I do not bring the fan.

Great fan with 2 rechargeable batteries and a bright light. So convenient to take anywhere a fan could come in handy. It also has a charging port and a hook to hang up. The only downside is the price is on the high side.
