This fan is way nicer than I expected. It produces a nice amount of air for the size and the light is nice and bright. Also awesome that it came with 2 battery packs for it so you can use it for camping or in case of emergency to charge a cell phone.

I bought it because detachable battery was a must since then it could be ran on straight USB if by any chance the battery packs were both dead and forgot to be charged or go missing, and options were few. However with its claim of 5 blade design and 2900 rpm motor, I thought Id be getting a top-performing device for its size and price range. What I got was just awful when it came to performance. I tested it against the other battery-operated fans that were cheaper, with less features, and this fan just could not complete. The cheaper 3-speed fan blew better, moved more cubic feet of air, and could be felt farther from the source at the 2 setting, than this fan could do at the 3&4 setting. Im sure the battery life is great, and maybe some might like the built in light, but I actually want to feel air blowing on me because thats a fans most important job, and this device was sorely lacking. Immediate return after just half a day of use. If it actually blew decent, it would be a 5 because I love the ability to run it off a wire and the swappable battery packs, but it doesnt.

I found this fan to be quite capable. Perfect for camping with two supplied batteries that can be charged with a standard USB C connection. 4 different fan speed and 3 different light settings with a hanging hook made it great for keeping a cool breeze in our RV. It’s also quiet, with no rattling. Run time last for several hours and you can recharge one battery before the one in the fan runs out so you never really have to turn it off. Because it’s so portable we even used it to “fan” the camp fire instead of shoving our face into it and blowing. A smaller fan like this that requires no plug and has a nice bright light has tons of functions for travel, workbench, or job site. At home ours is next to the exercise bike, helping to keep the sweat levels down.

I have been using the KopBeau Portable Camping Fan for a while now and I must say it has been a great investment. From my experience, I would give this fan a 4-star rating. Firstly, the KopBeau Portable Camping Fan is incredibly portable and lightweight, which makes it very easy to carry and use anywhere. This is particularly great for camping or any outdoor activity. You can effortlessly pack it in your bag or car and take it with you wherever you go. Additionally, I love that it can be hung on a hook or set on a table, making it versatile for use in different settings. This has come in handy during camping trips where weve had to move around a lot. The 2 battery packs that come with the fan are also a great feature, as they allow for longer use time. I have found this to be particularly helpful, especially on longer camping trips where electricity is not readily available. The fact that the batteries double up as USB chargers is also a plus, as you can charge your phone or other devices while enjoying the cool breeze. The variable speed adjustments are fantastic, as they guarantee just the right amount of circulation depending on the situation or need. I have found this to be particularly helpful when its too hot and I need maximum cooling or when I need a gentle breeze to keep mosquitoes away. The adjustable tilt is also a great feature as it helps in ensuring proper air direction. This is especially helpful when you need the fan to cool a specific area, and you can direct the air where you need it most. Overall, I highly recommend this fan for camping or use in your RV/travel trailer. Its compact, efficient, and can keep you cool during hot summer days. The only downsides are the higher price point and lack of oscillation. However, I believe the pros outweigh the cons, and its worth the investment for anyone who loves the outdoors and needs a reliable fan to keep them cool.

Bringing this on our cruise for the noise and fan. My kids have to sleep with a fan, nice to keep around for power outages in typical South Carolina storms. Also will be great to add to our camping collection. We will get plenty of use out of this thing!

I have 3 of these fans, all same construction but different configurations. I also have several other types of battery operated fans to compare to. This style of fan blows the others away. This is the first Ive owned that has interchangeable batteries which is nice to have on hand. I charged the battery, turned fan on low, and it ran continuously for more than 24hrs! These fans move a good amount of air and the battery life is impressive! When camping recharge on the plug in car, at home I use a solar set up. If your looking for a portable fan these dont disappoint!

My wife and I like it COLD when were sleeping, like 64 degrees, even in winter. The problem is we travel on business once in a while, and always take cruises when vacationing, and the air conditioning gods are never in our favor. The majority of the hotels we stay in have something called PTAC or Packaged Terminal Air Conditioning systems. A centralized unit cools (or heats) the air at the temperature the hotel sets, and all your thermostat does is control when that already cooled (or heated) air is blown into your room. You have zero control of the temperature of the air. What that means is if the hotel is only cooling their air to 68 degrees, that is the coolest the air will ever get in your room, no matter what you set your thermostat to. Because of this, I have found myself buying box fans or table fans when traveling or going on vacation, not just to cool the air, but it also helps drown out the ambient noise. Then I started seeing USB powered fans, so I purchased one to use with one of my many USB brick battery packs. The helped a LOT, but the battery would die in the middle of the night. Then I ordered this fan, and it is the be-all end-all of portable fans for travel and camping. This fan comes with two removable battery packs. You can have one charging while the other is in use, and depending on the speed of the fan you select, it can last all night long and then some. The fan has a built-in flashlight, though it doesnt have the same great execution as the fan itself, its okay and more like a nightlight than a flashlight, but its not why I ordered the fan for anyway. The fan produces enough air movement to make you feel cooler, especially when pointed right at you, and makes what would be a restless sweaty night into a cool, comfortable night. The fan has a stand for placing it on a desk or table, and the stand has its own built in hook which lets you hang it off the frame of a tent, the typical wall lamp next to your hotel / motel bed, or a stake. The removable battery packs also have USB ports allowing you to use them to charge other devices like a smart phone, headphones, or ear buds. Its not the most efficient use of these batteries though and I prefer to use my own brick USB battery packs for that purpose, but each person is different. Im very satisfied with this fan and it beats the heck out of the old fashioned camping fan that took a single C cell battery. If youre looking for a portable battery powered fan, look no further. Its incredible!

So I got this with no idea that the fans detachable batteries also had outputs on them so you can charge things from the battery packs while either installed in the fan or just sitting in a bag or case or on a table. The fans light is nice and bright, the fan is quiet and powerful, and all around I say this is a fantastic buy.

This little fan works great. I like that it comes with 2 batteries and that there are lights telling you how much battery life is left.
