I bought this fan so I could have some air circulation in my tent when camping (I tend to stick to campgrounds. The two battery packs were easy to charge and it is easy to connect the battery (one at a time) to the fan. The batteries are almost like a cartridge where they fit into a slot in the base. So you can use one battery while the other is recharging or as standby. The lamp? Yes powerful but I prefer to hang something from the top of my tent that is less bulky so I probably will not use this as much. I decided to try it out at home and was delighted to find out that it is completely silent at the lowest speed and just the whirr of the blades at higher speeds. I had it near my bed and it provided nice air circulation the whole night. I may decide this summer to use it instead of turning on the overhead ceiling fan (saving money). So this fan may be good for those at home trying to cut cooling costs in summer too. The slight negative is when I woke up in the middle of the night, I could detect the small light from the battery. But just putting something on top to mask this worked out fine. BUT as I was using the fan, the installed battery pack ran down and i found that I cannot remove the battery pack to switch it out Even though there are grooves on the battery pack, I cannot get a grip on it well enough to unseat it. There is no “eject button” or anything to assist. My next try will be to get out my adjustable wrench to see if it will dislodge without breaking the fan so I can use it again. I am also not sure if the two battery packs for the fan could also be used to charge(recharge) other items like rechargeable lamps, phone, etc. If so, then these two battery packs may come with me on international trips even if I do not bring the fan.

This fan is great!!!. It is just the right size for camping trips and other types of trips that I need to pack for. I has 4 different fan speeds that at all speeds put out a great amount of air. It quickly gets to the desired fan speed so there is no waiting around for some cool air. The light feature on this is amazing. It comes with 3 light settings and the brightest is super bright. I love that this is battery operated and the batteries can be charged using a C cord. It is a bonus that it comes with an extra battery so when the 1st battery dies (which takes A LONG time) then I can easily put in the other one. I highly recommend this fan for anyone looking

I have been using the KopBeau Portable Camping Fan for a while now and I must say it has been a great investment. From my experience, I would give this fan a 4-star rating. Firstly, the KopBeau Portable Camping Fan is incredibly portable and lightweight, which makes it very easy to carry and use anywhere. This is particularly great for camping or any outdoor activity. You can effortlessly pack it in your bag or car and take it with you wherever you go. Additionally, I love that it can be hung on a hook or set on a table, making it versatile for use in different settings. This has come in handy during camping trips where weve had to move around a lot. The 2 battery packs that come with the fan are also a great feature, as they allow for longer use time. I have found this to be particularly helpful, especially on longer camping trips where electricity is not readily available. The fact that the batteries double up as USB chargers is also a plus, as you can charge your phone or other devices while enjoying the cool breeze. The variable speed adjustments are fantastic, as they guarantee just the right amount of circulation depending on the situation or need. I have found this to be particularly helpful when its too hot and I need maximum cooling or when I need a gentle breeze to keep mosquitoes away. The adjustable tilt is also a great feature as it helps in ensuring proper air direction. This is especially helpful when you need the fan to cool a specific area, and you can direct the air where you need it most. Overall, I highly recommend this fan for camping or use in your RV/travel trailer. Its compact, efficient, and can keep you cool during hot summer days. The only downsides are the higher price point and lack of oscillation. However, I believe the pros outweigh the cons, and its worth the investment for anyone who loves the outdoors and needs a reliable fan to keep them cool.

This is a great camping fan! I was a little iffy about it at first because the price was pretty low so I was expecting the battery to not last long like other fans I have purchased, but this actually surpassed my expectations and it last a couple of hours. The power of the actual air is not the best but it will do. Easy to carry around and does not take up a lot of space. However it is a little smaller than I expected it to be.

Takes a good while to charge but lasts as long as I need, this fan has found a place in my tools for on the job use. Theres not many cheaper tools that last long in my toolkit, but this one is holding up well, I may end up with a few more in the future if it keeps lasting. Overall very pleased with it.

Portable with two rechargeable batteries. Very light. Size is small but the power is good enough. Can’t wait to use it for the summer camping in the future.

This is perfect for camping, or for an emergency kit. The fan is battery operated, but can easily charge via usb cable. It creates an amazing amount of wind for its size, and keeps the air moving even in our large tent. the light is nice and bright for its size as well.

I have bought 8 of these portable fans with LED lights. They all have a few different features to differentiate one from another. This KOPBEAU 20000mAh claim to fame is that it has dual 10000mAh batteries that slide into a built-in slot in the back of the fan one at a time to charge the fan/light when you need it. When that battery runs out, you remove that battery and slot in the back-up battery while you now charge the depleted battery. By doing this your fan/light can go on and on and on... Some things to think about. You are paying a premium price for this dual battery function. Does that function have that much value to you? If you are going camping for a long weekend and you have a BIG powerbank or generator to charge these batteries then yes, it just might be worth it. For me, the light function is a big deal to me and I am disappointed in the wimpy light included with this. For the price, it should be MUCH BRIGHTER!!! The fan is, of course, strong but all of them are because a big battery is not needed to spin the fan, you just need a bigger battery to KEEP it spinning. So, it is a great product. I turned the fan on yesterday at 11:30 AM and it is still running at 7:35 AM in the morning. I turned the LED light on and it does not show any sign of being less bright. So, if continued, non-stop use is what you need, this is probably your baby right here. Lets go camping!

This little fan works great. I like that it comes with 2 batteries and that there are lights telling you how much battery life is left.

Very well made fan and very light weight. No rattling noise when operating at full fan speed. The fan has a 4-speed fan setting, it produces very strong wind at high speed and it is very quiet. The fan head can be rotated 270 degrees. The LED lamp (it has 10 LEDs) has 3 brightness settings, enough for light for a small tent. It has a hook on the bottom for hanging. It can be wall mounted. It has USB C 5V 2A input port on the side of the unit for running the fan/light only, so if the battery packs are bad you can still run the fan with AC adapter or power bank, it will not charge the battery pack (if battery pack is installed) using this port. The two battery packs are shipped with 66% charge level and it comes with a USB A to USB C cable, you should use 5V 2A rating AC adapter. The battery pack is rated at 15Wh and can be used as a power bank, it has a USB A output rated at 5V 2A. Run time calculation using the USB C port on the side of the fan running from 5V 2A AC adapter: The fan current draws are measured at 0.169A @5V = 0.845W at lowest speed, 0.818A @5V = 4.09W at highest speed, so the run time based on 15Wh battery pack, at lowest speed it should run for 15Wh/0.845W = 17.75 hours (35.50 hours using two battery packs), at highest speed it should run for 15Wh/4.09W = 3.67 hours (7.34 hours using two battery packs). I really like this fan because it is very quiet and it is great that it comes with 2 battery packs but the run time of 86 hours using two battery packs is questionable based on my measurement. Notes: I do not have fan current draw specification from the company to verify the test, my test is done using an un-calibrated meter.
