> 3 dayGreat portable monitor. Very sharp - noticeably better picture quality than the 1080p and 2k models I tried out before settling on this one. Very light. Pro tip: works well when powered by USB-C from the host computer, but you won’t get the best picture quality and brightness unless you also plug in the power adapter. If on a Mac - experiment with HDR. I find the picture quality much better with HDR turned *off.* Great and very responsive customer service. Highly recommended.

Its light and slim that I am able to carry it in my backpack when I travel. The 15.6-inch display is sufficient for extensive gaming sessions. Setting up the monitor with my Nintendo Switch OLED was a breeze. Ive connected it to my MacBook Pro in addition to my Nintendo Switch, and each time it has functioned perfectly. It’s light, slim and fits in my tool case with my laptop with ease. It comes with three varieties of cable for different use cases, but with my laptop I can use a single USB-C cable provides both power and video. All up, a good replacement for my trusty 1080p external monitor.

> 3 dayI ordered this display as a small out-of-the-way display to monitor a server. I was looking for something compact and unobtrusive. I am definitely impressed by this display. The monitor can be hooked up with just one USB-C cable from your computer and packs a pretty sharp image. Color reproduction seems good and the image is clearer than expected. Overall at this price point I wasnt expecting too much, particularly from a no-name brand, and was pleasantly surprised with this device. I certainly didnt expect 4K with HDR support. The only flaw I can find with this monitor is the brightness - for my purposes its more than adequate but I can see it being insufficient for daytime use for other applications. The HDR function is turned off by default is turned off but can be enabled in the settings menu which dramatically improves the picture quality.

> 3 dayI needed a good quality solid portable monitor for my MacBook pro. Up to now, Ive used iPad, since it worked well and gave great resolution, so you could not tell the difference. This product enabled me to replace the iPad and not look back. Much bigger screen, great resolution/picture quality. It is made well, solid. The cables and stand included makes it a pleasure to use. The visual design of it matches my space-gray macbook look. The best part, when I was setting it up and had trouble getting the picture correctly (fixed with one of the settings on the monitor) - I tried calling their 24/7 support line. Got a busy signal and voicemail, which I did not leave. In about 5 minutes!!! someone called back asking if I needed help. Thats a good service!
How to connect the monitor to your device?
- If your device has the Thunderbolt 3 port/Full- featured USB-C port, please use the original USB-C cable because most USB-C cables do not support video signal. Note: this 4K monitor needs more power, if you meet the issue of "screen flickering", then please use the original wall charger to power the monitor.
- If your device has the HDMI port, you"ll need the HDMI cable for video and power cable as well.
- If your device has the (mini)DP port (e.g. old surface/ HP Elitebook/ old MacBook), you"ll need a (mini) DP to HDMI adapter in addition.
- When connecting to a Nintendo switch, it would be better to plug the switch"s original power adapter into the monitor for sufficient power supply.
- No battery inside the monitor. So please keep the monitor powered by the wall charger or the USB port on your laptop/PC for continuous power supply.
- No software or driver required! A user-friendly portable monitor!

Q1: Why it doesn"t work when I connect the monitor with my devices by my our USB-C cable.
A1: a. Please make sure the USB-C port on your laptop is a thunderbolt 3/4 port or supports display b. There are two kinds of USB-C cables, USB-C charging cable and USB-C video cable (the original one). Your own cable may be only a charging cable and not compatible.
If the original one stops working, please get in touch with our support team to get a new USB-C cable for free.
You can also search "USB-C cable 4k video" on Amazon to find the correct USB-C cable.
Q2: What if my laptop doesn"t have a USB-C or HDMI port?(e.g Surface Pro/ HP Elitebook/old MacBook )

A6: Only some series of Samsung phones(please refer to the following list) work with the monitor by the original USB-C to USB-C cable we provided. Other phones/tablets will need a HDTV cable or a wireless display adapter to connect with the monitor.
