> 3 dayAs a student in a full time remote coding boot camp, I wanted the ability to change my scenery without missing my multiple monitor setup at my desk. This thing is exactly what I was looking for. The 4k resolution allows me to fit multiple windows on the screen and still be able to read tiny lines of code. The case is of good quality and will actually allow you to lean the monitor down towards you if needed without the risk of falling over either forward or backwards. The multiple power options are also great. The brightness is on par with most laptops I have used, although, it is nowhere near as bright as my M1, MacBook Pro (not that you would expect it to be). The simplicity of powering the display just my MacBook is very convenient, although battery drainage is increased by this, obviously. The button setup is also well thought you, though I’ll spare the details. All in all, this monitor does exactly what it’s advertised to do and it does it well. I have already and will continue to recommend it to anyone who works remotely. P.S. there’s a certificate inside the box that directs the customer to choose from several accessories that are free with purchase.

> 3 dayI hesitated buying this because I dont travel that much anymore, but then I realized it is small enough to use with my other two 32-inch UltraHD curved screens. It now sits on my desk close enough to my so its top edge is just below the line of sight to the bottom of the monitor above. Its bright and SHARP image and rich colors make it a delight to use. (2 screens attach to MacBook Pro 16 and other 2 to PC.) I love how it quickly folds up and fits nicely in my backpack next to the MacBook.

> 3 dayI needed a good quality solid portable monitor for my MacBook pro. Up to now, Ive used iPad, since it worked well and gave great resolution, so you could not tell the difference. This product enabled me to replace the iPad and not look back. Much bigger screen, great resolution/picture quality. It is made well, solid. The cables and stand included makes it a pleasure to use. The visual design of it matches my space-gray macbook look. The best part, when I was setting it up and had trouble getting the picture correctly (fixed with one of the settings on the monitor) - I tried calling their 24/7 support line. Got a busy signal and voicemail, which I did not leave. In about 5 minutes!!! someone called back asking if I needed help. Thats a good service!

Greater than one weekGreat portable monitor. Very sharp - noticeably better picture quality than the 1080p and 2k models I tried out before settling on this one. Very light. Pro tip: works well when powered by USB-C from the host computer, but you won’t get the best picture quality and brightness unless you also plug in the power adapter. If on a Mac - experiment with HDR. I find the picture quality much better with HDR turned *off.* Great and very responsive customer service. Highly recommended.

> 3 dayI ordered this monitor to two reasons: the first was to free up an old Mac Pro that I was about to reformat and sell. The second was to use as a third monitor with a new Mac Studio. In both cases, it was perfect for the job. Setting it up with the new Mac Studio was as simple as plugging it into a free USB-C/Thunderbolt 4 port. The port powered the monitor. The color is vibrant, the resolution is fantastic, and its just an excellent satellite monitor. For digital audio and video work, I can drag components to this monitor for metering, etc. Solid product at a decent price. I cant get over how gorgeous it is, with zero reflective glare.
How to connect the monitor to your device?
- If your device has the Thunderbolt 3 port/Full- featured USB-C port, please use the original USB-C cable because most USB-C cables do not support video signal. Note: this 4K monitor needs more power, if you meet the issue of "screen flickering", then please use the original wall charger to power the monitor.
- If your device has the HDMI port, you"ll need the HDMI cable for video and power cable as well.
- If your device has the (mini)DP port (e.g. old surface/ HP Elitebook/ old MacBook), you"ll need a (mini) DP to HDMI adapter in addition.
- When connecting to a Nintendo switch, it would be better to plug the switch"s original power adapter into the monitor for sufficient power supply.
- No battery inside the monitor. So please keep the monitor powered by the wall charger or the USB port on your laptop/PC for continuous power supply.
- No software or driver required! A user-friendly portable monitor!

Q1: Why it doesn"t work when I connect the monitor with my devices by my our USB-C cable.
A1: a. Please make sure the USB-C port on your laptop is a thunderbolt 3/4 port or supports display b. There are two kinds of USB-C cables, USB-C charging cable and USB-C video cable (the original one). Your own cable may be only a charging cable and not compatible.
If the original one stops working, please get in touch with our support team to get a new USB-C cable for free.

A6: Only some series of Samsung phones(please refer to the following list) work with the monitor by the original USB-C to USB-C cable we provided. Other phones/tablets will need a HDTV cable or a wireless display adapter to connect with the monitor.
