> 3 dayA friend was raving how much she loved her new Geniani humidifier so I had to jump on this wagon and get one for my own. I noticed after using it only one night with it running a couple feet away from my bed, that I woke up feeling more refreshed and had a deeper sleep. Without humidifiers I often wake up with a very dry throat, due to some snoring and the dry air in my room from a heater running. But not the first morning after having the Geniani running on intermittent mode (I like how theres a sleeping function to turn off the power light) - I believe the air was so much more moist that my throat was taken care of during the night. This Geniani machine has so many incredible features that I could write several paragraphs on it. So Im going to list the essential pros that I personally enjoy the most: - Its QUIET - I dont hear any motor noises unlike other competitors ones. - During hotter days, the cool gentle mist feels amazing and cooling when it falls onto my skin and wafts past my face and head. I dont have air conditioning in my apartment, so when summer arrives and the heat swelters outside and my room becomes stuffy, I cant wait to have this machine near my chair when Im chilling or watching movies and experience its cool down effects. - Sooo Easy to refill. I use distilled or ultra filtered water and you just pour new water into the top refill opening (even while its still running). Or I can easily just lift the top off and add water there. Older and other models I have used in the past have been very messy with water splashing everywhere when trying to carry the basin to the sink and back to the base. The Geniani is very well-thought out and I can tell the inventor has put great care in its production. - The air in my room feels much more clean and my lungs feel healthier. - I practice hot yoga and now with shelter in place orders due to COVID-19, I have no studio to go to and have to practice in my room on Zoom. This humidifier has helped me create an atmosphere similar to my hot and humid Bikram yoga studio. I simply crank up the heater in my room and put the Geniani next to my yoga mat and it feels like I am in a virtual humid yoga room again - and when Im laying down in savasana at the end of class and looking up at the Geniani perched on my barstool above my head, I see the glorious cooling mist, ever so gently gliding down onto my face...like a slow motion waterfall...wispy cooling clouds, helping me relax and I smile knowing I have truly invested in a great product. Thank you Geniani for creating a fabulous machine that does so much for peoples well-being. I hope you continue to sell TONS of these!

> 3 dayThis is an awesome humidifier. I only wish it did dual mist (cool and warm air). Its fairly quiet, it puts out a ton of mist on high. Its got the cool light to let you know how humid the air is. It also has the highly added bonus of being a diffuser. It literally has a little pad on the bottom backside of the unit that you pull out, add a few drops of essential oils (think eucalyptus when sick and your favorite scents when youre not) to the pad, push it back on, and voila..... instant diffuser. Still the only complaint I have is I wish it did dual mist.

> 3 dayI have three of these units. Unfortunately, two of them stopped working but customer service is great and they were able to replace them outside the return window. The new ones are working well and will hopefully last longer! If not for that, these are handy. I’ve travelled with them too which helps since hotels are so dry.

> 3 dayMay sound odd but its true. I buy these things with the idea in mind that they will last a season, if that and I would be happy with it. Put in distilled water they say, well, at 3 bucks a gallon, and lets say I use 5 of them a week, thats 15 bucks a week, 60 bucks a month, @ 200 dollars a year. What am I getting at? I use tap water, so its not exactly great for the Humidifier to use, gunks up the works. But this guy is powering through. I would recommend this 100 times over for anyone looking for one.

> 3 dayI love this humidifier because it is relatively easy to clean… except for this one part that leads up to the mist chamber (not sure what it is actually called). The rest of this humidifier is easy to take apart and clean… but this part… where I have had mold and other stuff grow despite my regular cleanings, does not come apart easily. It is an absolute nightmare to get off, IF you can even get it off. The other flaw this humidifier has is that after a year or so, when you wash it and let it dry, it doesn’t always work immediately. There have been times where I can’t use it for a couple days because it just won’t run. This is my second of these humidifiers because when I contacted the company about the issue mentioned above they told me it was because something got wet inside that wasn’t supposed to. And that was it. No further help. Normally that would turn me off from a company and their product, but I use a humidifier every night because of my sinuses and the two humidifiers I’ve owned by this company have lasted for upwards of 4-5 years compared to my previous ones that maybe lasted 6 months because I couldn’t clean all the parts well enough because of how they were built.

> 3 dayWish Id looked at the reviews. Like some other reviews here said-- mine stopped working entirely after a few months (of me only using it minimally at night). I tried cleaning it or changing the filter but no go. Light doesnt even go on anymore. Also struggling to return it bc it is past the 30 days. UPDATE: the company reached out to me concerned about my issues with the product. They had me send some detailed images of my unit for their own research and then sent me a new one for free. This one has been working great. Im upping my rating to reflect that the company seems committed to providing the customer with a good product, so while some units may have an issue crop up the company is working to fix it and make things right with their customers.

Greater than one weekPowerful humidifier for such a small machine. My mushrooms are fighting over who gets to sleep with it. Packs a punch - it’s a keeper. I’m sold. WoW.

> 3 dayThis humidifier is a winter MUST HAVE. Ours is constantly running and makes a huge difference in the quality of sleep we are getting. The top of the machine is fairly easy to clean, but the only issue comes from trying to clean the base pan, this proves to be more challenging. We clean ours at the end of each month, so other than that, the machine is a staple in our home throughout the rest of the month. Very quite and easy to adjust based on the flow your home needs.

Greater than one weekI love the ease of use of this humidifier! I took it out of the box, put it on my dresser, filled up the tank with a pitcher, plugged it in, and turned it on. Easy peasy. No leakage and it shuts off when its empty. My one and ONLY wish is that the lowest setting didnt put out quite so much mist. With other humidifiers Ive owned, the mist on the lowest setting was barely discernible, which is whats desired sometimes. Ive pushed the button through the levels and, yep, this truly is the lowest. If you want a lot of mist, this is the humidifier for you. UPDATE: The seller sent me a letter telling me that, if I hadnt had a 5-star experience with the product, I should contact him via email and gave his address. I just sent the email and hope to hear a response, but well see. The problem is that the mist that pours out on the lowest setting is so excessive that, though initially going up, rapidly falls back to the floor. I have hardwood floors and I rent and this is just asking for trouble. Even though I have a towel on the floor, I found a puddle of water underneath the towel. Ive missed the return period, unfortunately, so will be selling it and getting one that better suits my needs. Still love the top fill, large tank, and ease of cleaning. Just cant risk the expense of fixing a hardwood floor. EDIT: The seller offers great customer service! After reaching out to them via email, I was able to exchange the unit, despite it being after the refund period. However, the unit they sent didnt work. The mist came out of the air intake vent and none came out of the top; it also leaked. So back to the seller it went. The next one they sent does the same thing as the first: on the first setting, low, a huge plume of mist goes up a couple of feet and then falls to the floor, leaving a puddle of water. If the mist doesnt go up very far, how can it add humidity to the room? Even after running overnight, there was no discernable difference in the humidity level. It says its for large rooms. My room is 10x11, so Id think that the humidity would be almost too much. It is not. I will be writing the seller again to ask for a refund. Hopefully, theyll do it. Such an expensive unit should be perfect, imo.

> 3 dayI purchased this item since I travel a lot with my baby. It’s pretty small so not sure it really helps a big hotel room, but I just put it closer to my baby’s bassinet. It does seem to spray out a good amount of water so be cautious of that when placing.
