This humidifier is a winter MUST HAVE. Ours is constantly running and makes a huge difference in the quality of sleep we are getting. The top of the machine is fairly easy to clean, but the only issue comes from trying to clean the base pan, this proves to be more challenging. We clean ours at the end of each month, so other than that, the machine is a staple in our home throughout the rest of the month. Very quite and easy to adjust based on the flow your home needs.

I bought this humidifier for my parents (97 and 93). I needed to find a humidifier with a top fill that they could handle. I set it up on a table and they can pour small amounts of water into the top (they can only carry about a quart at a time...water is heavy!) One feature I really like is that the power cord plugs into the base of the humidifier so they can unplug it without having to bend over to an electrical outlet when it needs to be cleaned. If the reservoir is empty, the humidifier is very lightweight and can be carried easily to the kitchen to be cleaned. The top can be carried separately from the base if necessary. There is a single button to control the humidifier. Pressing the button changes how much vapor is emitted and other settings and my mom was able to understand the instructions and change the settings to suit herself. This humidifier is absolutely silent! Which is great because my mom is pretty deaf and adding any background noise makes it very difficult for her to hear conversation. They have a home weather station that reports the humidity level in the house and they both noticed that the humidity level has risen. They have a split level house and the humidifier is in a different room from the weather station so it is working! After I purchased it, the company owner, Alex Arno, wrote me (an actual letter through the mail!!) asking me to write a review. I waited until my parents had used the humidifier for a while and had cleaned it. The cleaning instructions were a little confusing so I wrote Mr Arno at the email address he provided in his letter with my suggestions for clarifying the cleaning instructions. He emailed the next day to thank me and said he would correct the instructions the next time they printed them. The cleaning instructions call for ACETUM, which I had never heard of, but its basically white vinegar which is typically used to clean humidifiers. So we are all very pleased with this humidifier and the customer service response.

I have used it on intelligent mode since getting it about 3-4 days. It definitely humidifies the dry Bay Area California bedroom. Light turns orange when humidity hits below around 45%. It’s been purple most of the time between 50-60% humidity. But it never seems to turn itself off, keeps going and going and it was 70% in the morning when I woke up and the water completely out but it turned itself off properly. The water does not last that long 6-10 hours maybe on intelligent mode. The white air coming out looks like it’s always on high though. I’ve been refilling probably twice a day as I’ve been running it 24 hrs. It’s easy to fill from the top with a Brita water pitcher. It’s super quiet. The light is not distracting at night. I have not tried the essential oils tray yet. I haven’t tried to clean it yet. My old humidifier always had an orange colored mildew buildup inside that I scraped off with an old toothbrush every week. Update after two weeks consistent use. It’s very quiet. It certainly humidifies master bedroom very well. I leave it on intelligent mode all the time. Water must be refilled at least 3x per day in intelligent mode. If I turn it off the humidity drops to about 40 very quickly. Turn on and it’ll increased humidity to 50 within 30m, then to 60% within a couple hours. A couple times though I left on overnight and in the morning it was 70% and still going. I would have thought the intelligent mode turn itself off. 70% seems a bit high. Overall very pleased with the performance as it keeps the air from being too dry. Last update. Very happy with the humidity performance. Works quickly to moisten the dry air. It’s very quiet. I never hear it at all. The light is not too bright like my prior humidifier. So I just leave it on as it’s not a distraction when sleeping. I was covering my old one with a towel to try to dim the light by 80-90%. It’s basically on 24/7. If humidity level hits 70% then I shut it down for a few hours and give it a rest but by evening I usually have to put it back to work. I’ve only cleaned it once after 2wks use and there wasn’t much of anything to clean.

Great and ready to use out the box. Did the job because I stop coughing!

As a personal humidifier, this is great. It has no permanent light, but does light up for you when changing modes. Even though it only holds roughly a 12 oz cup of water, its enough for it to run all night, and if you put it bedside, it helps keep you from drying out. Its a good supplement if youre just a bit dry. The included USB cord may be a bit short, but those are easy to swap out. Very neat overall. It comes with 1 spare cotton wick, so Im hoping they last a while and dont get too icky over time.

I live in AZ, so in the summer, it gets really dry. I use this nightly to help with moisture so that my nose doesnt get dried out. Also great for the skin. I dont even hear it, and there is a light that you can also turn off, unless you prefer to use it as a soft nightlight. I use filtered water, and this one does NOT leave a white residue behind like most do.

Good for my tiny bedroom/office. Makes the room comfortable and it’s easy to use and clean.

    Greater than one week

After having tried numerous humidifiers that are very hard to clean, this brand has been the easiest one to clean. Their updated model now (March 2023) is even easier to clean than before. Very easy to disassemble and clean all the parts. Small butter knife can help with disassembly and takes less than a minute.

I had the previous version for a year and loved it. But it just stopped working so I bought the new one not realizing they had “updated” it. It’s FINE, but the cord is now attached, meaning it’s harder to fill up (you can’t place it in the sink). There is some not-removable ring in the base that means it’s full of mildew and impossible to remove. But my biggest gripe is that there is now black particles appearing in the tank after every use. If this was like a Brita filter with a charcoal filter cartridge I would assume it was charcoal coming out cuz it’s new. But that doesn’t make sense, so now I’m stuff with a device that pumps out black dust all the time.
