> 3 dayWould it be cheaper to install an outlet and run power up to it? Maybe. Would it be worth the extra hassle and headache? Absolutely not. This was well worth the price - my husband installed this and mounted our tv in one morning. It comes with a handy template for cutting into the drywall, and the connection between the two lines is very secure. Most importantly, it works! And now our wall looks great with all the wires hidden. I would chose this any day over messing around with live wires! My only complaint isnt with this - its with my TV plug, which is a sideways plug (rather than being bigger on the bottom, like most bulky plugs). Because of that, I can only use one of the two plus because the cord cant (and shouldnt) bend at a sharp enough angle to fit a plug into each outlet. Not the PowerBridges fault at all - Samsung just needs to design their plugs better!

> 3 dayThis was the perfect solution for wall mounting my TV without having to relocate or add another outlet for the power cord, while remaining within code. I cant believe how simple it was to setup. The provided template for cutting out the drywall came in handy. The outlets look very clean and professional once they are in place. I couldnt be happier with this purchase!

> 3 dayVery easy to install, just take your time, use the templates provided, and tighten the screws slowly. Stop tightening the screws once the boxes tighten against the wall.

> 3 dayReally liked how easy this was to install. Instructions are clear & the templates made cutting onto the wall a breeze. I do recommend verifying theres enough cable to run through the wall & to the selected electronic. I wasnt paying attention & one HDMI cable was too short. It was really simple to replace. I liked this product so much I just bought another for my guest bedroom.

> 3 dayThis product is fantastic. I have zero experience in wiring or doing any kind of wire pulls and I was done in 25 minutes. Mark the templates on the wall, use a punch drywall saw to cut it out, feed wires and done. The wiring that comes with the product is sturdy enough to run down the wall without fish tape. If you’re doing multiple HDMI cables or RCA cables, use a cheap fish tape to make it that much easier.

> 3 dayThe hardest part of this install was my stud-finder throwing false positives when looking for any horizontal blockage in the stud bay I was installing in. Other than that the template made an adequate hole and the unit slipped in relatively easily once i made some space in the insulation. Used a coat hanger to snake all my cables down from the top cutout. The locking tabs are definitely a bit flimsy feeling and you need to be very careful that you have the box pushed ALL THE WAY into the wall so the tabs clear the drywall and dont hang up on you. Overall very happy with it, cleaned up the rats nest of wires behind my console and made for a nice clean look.

> 3 dayVery impressed by the simplicity of this install. With the proper tools, (pencil, level, flathead screwdriver and a handheld jab-saw) this install was completed in 20 minutes. I wish that the item were lower in price, and had kind of conduit to make fishing add-on cables easier, but if you feed A pull tape/cable on the initial install, that won’t be much of a problem for later additions.
