Sturdy and hold my bike with a single hook. However, the plastic protector is weak and easy to break apart.

The hooks themselves worked out well and were sturdy. The reason for the low rating is because the plastic/rubber cover on the hooks wore through after only a few times of hanging the bikes (both my mountain bike as well as my super light carbon road bike). Now I have to take all the bikes down to wrap the hooks with something tougher to avoid scratching my wheels.

My bike is hanging from the ceiling very nicely and sturdy. Very easy to install. Just drill in the joists, then twist these hooks in and youre all set.
