These hooks are placed all over my home for five different bicycles. It supports a 35 beach cruiser frame, all the way down to a standard San Francisco hipster fixed gear with not problem. Just drill a pilot hole matching the gauge in your ceiling, hand tighten this puppy in, and hand your bike for safe storage. The rubber matting around the hook is a nice touch as it protects your frame from metal on metal.
