> 3 dayI love this protien powder. It has a great flavor and the texture is also smooth and not chalky. It has helped me with my routine and I have lost over 550pounds within these shakes, supplements, and a workout routine.

> 3 dayTaste: I like the flavor of almost every one of these. The cookies and cream isn’t good. Ingredients: they could be better. The taste makes up for the lacking Ingredients. The proteins ratio are OK. I’d like a more balanced egg protein. The dietary creamer, which makes it think and Taste good, I don’t necessarily like, but it gives the drink good flavor. There are more carbs and less protein then what the label claims. It’s not a deal breaker though. Price: from a protein prospective it’s expensive for what it is. Its pricey. The taste makes up for a lot.

> 3 dayBeen using JYM protein (Vanilla) for years now and I love the product. Great tasting and easy to mix. I do not like the new zipper bag packaging. It’s difficult to scoop near the bottom, and the micronized mix makes it hard to pour because it basically becomes flying dust in the air when you move the powder at all. Often, I inhale more protein than I actually drink. Go back to the plastic tub, and return to the thicker mix. Thanks!

> 3 dayI’m writing this review purely from a muscle recovery/muscle growth perspective (i.e. post workout) - I don’t use protein supplements as meal replacements. With that being said, I wanted to like this protein powder for two reasons: 1) I understand some people are sensitive to whey so this may be a good option because it uses different types of protein in it other than just whey, and 2) it’s expensive and I spent the money on it. However, I have three main issues with it: 1) the flavoring is overpowering to the point I have to mix it with at least 24 oz of water, at which point I’m just waterlogged by the time I finish it, and feel gross - the flavoring is simply too much; 2) it doesn’t blend well, so again, you need at least 24 oz of water and it still clumps, and again, you’re waterlogged and feel gross, and 3) it’s expensive. Personally, I would rather just chug Optimum Nutrition Whey, which easily dissolves in 6-8 oz of water, versus the minimum of 24 oz this protein powder needs. 6-8 oz of water vs 24 oz of water makes a huge difference. So my muscles refuel and recover quicker without me being waterlogged and feeling gross. Disclaimer: I am not a representative for any supplement company, I’m just an average joe who works out - this is a completely independent review.

> 3 dayMy favorite Protein powder. My brother loves it, my neighbor loves it and even my little 2 year old tries to steel sips. I blend up 1 scoop with 12 ounces silk coconut milk, 1 banana and 2 cups ice- it’s an amazing treat and makes me feel so good after. My brother got me hooked On this brand- thank you Dr Stoppani for formulating this and coming up with a knock out flavor
