> 3 dayThis stuff is easily my favorite powder Ive ever used. I mix with milk and it mixes well, tastes amazing, is easy on my stomach, and delivers what I need. Theres really nothing more I could ask for. I do notice a faster recovery when I drink right after an intense workout. I like that this mix incorporates different sources of protein. I feel as if they all are absorbed differently and therefore arent all absorbed at once, creating a better digestive balance for your intake. Specifically the smores flavor is like having a dessert that no matter how often I drink them I still look forward to. The little marshmallows may sound gimmicky but I absolutely love them. My kids always try to get some when Im making my shake. Give it a try, I cant imagine anyone could not like this mix.

> 3 dayThe Jym line of products is definitely top notch, quality stuff. But you have to be willing to pay the premium for it. Personally, I usually prefer chocolate flavor protein powders, but they were running a special on the vanilla so I went for it. And that is my point - that the premium you have to pay for Jym supplements is usually hard for me to justify, so if I see it on sale I suck it up and click the purchase button. Since I prefer this blend of multiple protein sources I try to capitalize on a sale whenever I can.

14-06-2025I’m writing this review purely from a muscle recovery/muscle growth perspective (i.e. post workout) - I don’t use protein supplements as meal replacements. With that being said, I wanted to like this protein powder for two reasons: 1) I understand some people are sensitive to whey so this may be a good option because it uses different types of protein in it other than just whey, and 2) it’s expensive and I spent the money on it. However, I have three main issues with it: 1) the flavoring is overpowering to the point I have to mix it with at least 24 oz of water, at which point I’m just waterlogged by the time I finish it, and feel gross - the flavoring is simply too much; 2) it doesn’t blend well, so again, you need at least 24 oz of water and it still clumps, and again, you’re waterlogged and feel gross, and 3) it’s expensive. Personally, I would rather just chug Optimum Nutrition Whey, which easily dissolves in 6-8 oz of water, versus the minimum of 24 oz this protein powder needs. 6-8 oz of water vs 24 oz of water makes a huge difference. So my muscles refuel and recover quicker without me being waterlogged and feeling gross. Disclaimer: I am not a representative for any supplement company, I’m just an average joe who works out - this is a completely independent review.

> 3 dayThis is tied for my favorite flavor (chocolate and peanut butter). Mixed with some Fairlife milk and a little water, I found a consistency that worked for me. It took a little longer to mix than the other flavors but I look forward to drinking this. Even my wife liked it and she is not big on protein shakes/drinks and their taste. Pro Jym has been a great way to help me meet my protein needs and has helped in meeting my fitness goals.

> 3 dayPurchased for the price and I use to use their pre workout. The powder is good, flavor is just meh, but it does mix up very well, no lumps or clumps and finishes clean.
