> 3 dayNeeded an umbrella that would fit in my backpack for work. This is perfect. The umbrella folds up and fits in one of the mesh bottle carriers on the side of the backpack. The button release on the handle works smoothly and is easy to use. The venting in the fabric also seems to help with wind resistance to help from turning inside out in strong winds. Very happy with the purchase.

Greater than one weekPurchased two for an upcoming trip. I was looking for a large coverage area, strong construction and vented so winds won’t collapse it. This does it all! Hopefully we don’t encounter windy rain but if we do, I have no doubt these will do the trick!

Greater than one weekGreat price and great umbrella. Not flimsy. Doesnt seem inclined to turn inside out. Only negative is it is slightly heavy but thats what makes it likely to last. Bought two...one in Navy and one in Black

> 3 dayWe got tired of $10 umbrellas that fell apart in the first strong windstorm, so we spent twice as much for durability...and sometimes you learn the hard way you get what you pay for. This umbrella has already proved its worth by refusing to turn inside-out in strong storms, due to its strong ribs, and clever vents that allow wind to pass through without letting rain in. Now, instead of shelling out $10 every two months for a new collapsible, compact, push-button umbrella, we save money over time by buying one $20 umbrella for the year...or longer.

Greater than one weekI accidentally bought two of these umbrellas instead of one to take on a trip to Scotland, where I know it rains a lot and is very windy. After reading the reviews, it was hit and miss with people who loved it and people who had it break easily but decided to chance it and hope I got one of the good ones. However, I was one of those who had it break pretty much IMMEDIATELY. I received them both, opened one and it broke with the first use. I didnt even close it yet before it broke. The second one seemed promising. I opened it, pressed the button again to close it, pressed it again to open it, pressed it again to close it... and did this about 10 times and it seemed fine. I went to Scotland, it started raining at Urquhart Castle, I opened it, it stopped raining, I closed it, it started raining again within a few minutes, I opened it, and it broke... so I left it at the castle. At $20 each, youd think theyd be made better. Now Ive wasted $40 and only got to use one of them once. These umbrellas are really heavy, too, so I really hoped theyd be made sturdy enough. The string/wire inside them which pulls them down and opens them up just snaps so easily and makes these umbrellas absolutely useless.

> 3 dayI bought the umbrella in hopes it would help withstand some of the wind when it rains. It did for a short time but unfortunately inverted inside out. And was a bit disappointing. But I really like the way it pops open and closes from a flick of the button. Will still keep using it but hopefully it’s not so windy on the days I do!!!
