I like this brand for good quality vitamins. I took away a star because the capsules are quite large in my opinion and get caught in my throat. Im not the best at swallowing pills, so other people may find that these are easy to swallow, BUT of all the supplements I take these are the hardest for me to swallow due to their size.

I’ve taken these for years 4 a day! Work great! But today I took 8 because I’m super sick. Haven’t been able to sleep a wink and feel wired as all get out! So if sick add in just a plan vitamin C. I think it’s the Rutin that has me all feeling weird!

Product is great and I highly recommend this brand for vitamins and supplements. Low rating is due to receiving a bottle that expires 5 months BEFORE the bottle I just finished. Not cool, not cool at all. For the price paid I expect the freshest product available without exception.
