> 3 dayI like this brand for good quality vitamins. I took away a star because the capsules are quite large in my opinion and get caught in my throat. Im not the best at swallowing pills, so other people may find that these are easy to swallow, BUT of all the supplements I take these are the hardest for me to swallow due to their size.
