They have changed and seem to have slightly less cotton. However it might be just simply wound tighter on the stick. Either way, I think its a nice change. When cleaning my ears, the smaller diameter helps to prevent packing wax further into your ear. Im able to insert these into the ear canal without touching the sides at all before getting it in there. Whatever the change is, I dont see these as inferior to all the ones Ive used in the past. No complaints here.

Well geez louise.....what can one say about q-tips. They work!

Good quality product--exactly as expected! I was just too lazy to go to the store to grab these, so I just added them to my prime pantry box. Authentic and great product.

These are very nice, a little too skinny on the top (I would prefer more cotton), but otherwise these are nice. They never band when I use them. I am sure if pressed significantly, they will bend, depends on the purpose of usage.
