> 3 dayLook. If you’re shower doors have minimal soap scum on them. It’ll work pretty good. The top like quarter of my shower door is nice and shiny. But the rest of it. Is a little cleaner with a solid layer of soap scum on it. And trust me. I scrubbed. Rinsed. Scrubbed. Rinsed. For a solid 30 minutes on just the door alone. And it still has that layer of scum on it. I live in a rental. So i dont really spend a lot of money to clean and fix above the minimum weekly cleaning. But i hate how the shower glass looks. So i spent the money. Seeing how well all of the automotive rain-x products have worked. And i was let down. Extremely… without using it as a cutting or buffing compound and breaking out the electric polisher… i really dont see it being able to do what it says. Even using a mr clean magic eraser and repeating the first few steps over and over and over. It has made no change from the initial layer it removed after only a weeks worth of soap scum, dont waste your money unless you have a very thin layer of soap scum on your glass. And immediately follow it with some sort of hydrophobic coating or ceramic coating to keep the soap scum off.

> 3 dayThis did not get all the film off my shower door. Plus it took a lot of elbow grease. I will keep looking for something better.

> 3 dayCuando compré esta casa tenía la puerta manchada con marcas de agua. El depósito grueso de jabón que tenía lo quitó fácilmente (el mismo resultado que había obtenido antes con remedios caseros) sin embargo, aunque en la foto no se ve bien, no quitó las manchas de agua que esperaba. No está mal el producto pero no era lo que esperaba. Creo que seguiré usando mi remedio casero para evitar estar expuesta a este químico como la advierte la etiqueta.

> 3 dayTLDR: It really works on really tough really old spots! I tried all kinds of harsh chemicals and abrasives on my new shower doors with no luck. Best I found was scraping with a razor blade and regular scrubbing with steel wool, but still left a lot of spots. I thought they were going to be permanent. One expert website recommended wet sanding with 3000-7000 grit sandpaper, which I luckily tried on a small area first because it scratched the glass but did not remove the spots. So I had my doubts when reviewers claimed this product removed old soap scum and tough water stains. Well I was blown away by the results. Not only was my glass crystal clear but it was effortless. It only took a pea-sized drop on a wet sponge per side of glass. There was no harsh fumes or scrubbing. My tip is use lots of water. The directions recommend a damp cloth but it felt gritty and did not go on evenly so I kept adding water until it was dripping wet. Also use lots of water when rinsing off and run a clean sponge or your hands over the glass or it may leave a hazy film behind.

> 3 dayI’ve tried a number of cleaning products on my glass shower doors. They’re not super scummy to begin because I usually use a daily shower cleaning spray and they’re cleaned well every week. But they never looked smooth foggy during or after a shower. Anyway, you spread this stuff around in small circles (I used am the soft side of my shower sponge) rinsed it off. Did it a few more times on stubborn spots and my shower doors look flawless. I followed it up with the glass shower rainex treatment (you’ll need a mask. That stuff is nasty smelling and so strong) and a window open with a fan blowing. So far the water just beads up and falls down, doesn’t even have time to sit on the glass. So far, I’m really impressed. I’m waiting to see how many weekly shower cleans it will last.
