I have a clear shower door that you have to squeegee after each use and can only use certain cleaners on. It normally needs to be cleaned about once a week but if you forget to squeegee it (like my kids) then it quickly builds soap residue and becomes almost fogged. And if you dont clean it regularly (like my house) then it becomes very difficult and time consuming (at least an hour) to clean. That was before I tried rain x. The first time I used rainx was to clean the door that had to be about 2 months of soap on it. Now I still had to spend time and elbow grease but the door was never cleaner. Also I spent easily half the time (30-45 minutes with rainx) that I would of with a normal glass cleaner and definitely less product. So Im going to use this every time for now on. Also I did not notice any difference after the cleaning as to the water on the door as with my usual glass cleaner.

Ive used several products to clean my shower glass doors and have made headway getting the soap scum off. This product was ok, lots of scrubbing, if you can get a scrub pad for a rotary tool youll have better luck.

If you have extremely stubborn hard water marks and/or a thick layer of soap scum on your glass shower doors, this product is for you! I’ve tried so many other products that promised to remove these marks from my shower door but none could deliver anywhere close to this Rain-X shower door cleaner. I used this product with the Scrub Daddy sponge to remove all of the built up soap scum & hard water marks. Everything melted off like butter. You will have to use some good old fashion elbow grease to get those super stubborn spots but this product will easily make your shower doors crystal clear! I also love the fact that it is completely odorless. My shower doors haven’t looked this clean since the day we installed them 6 years ago! Highly recommend this product!

I got this to try to remove some water spotting from the shower door. It takes A LOT of work and time to use this product. The door looks better after using this stuff on it for over 2 hours, but it STILL has water spots.

Amazing product. My 25-year-old doors were water spotted and near opaque white now look like new. I thought the glass was permanently etched before I used X-Treme Clean Shower Door. I have tried all kinds of stuff before; nothing made much difference. 10 minutes total to apply and clean with microfiber cloth to bypass shower doors. The glass and frame are like new. I wish I had taken before and after pictures to share; just believe it works. No smell, I did not wear gloves, none recommended. The only deviation from instructions was I cleaned it off with my usual window wash, baby shampoo in a bucket, same microfiber as I applied it with and squeegeed rather than wipe clean with paper towels.

It worked pretty well but was a lot of work. Will keep looking for a better product.

You get a workout buffing this on, and then wiping it off. Used on glass shower door with hard water haze. Glass was clear and spotless once I applied it.

It goes on like a paste, easy peasy! without wetting the shower door, I smeared on it in little circles. Then, I waited while it dried for a few hours, came back later with a scrubbie and without a ton of elbow grease, managed to clean an old shower door with a lot of built up lyme stuck on it! I will be buying this again!
