It would have been a great tool but come to find out I had a hardware problem.

I bought two different boot discs from them, and neither fixed the boot system nor did full boot up for me. Not sure any could have saved it, but systems checks showed files and everything stored was fine so its a probable Hard drive problem. I still had hoped these disks could give me a workable boot up to try to do a workaround. Its not a shot at the company, and I realize that not all boot problems can be fixed.

This did not do a thing. Dont waste your money

Not sure what some of the persons who wrote positive comments experienced, but I used my lap before going to work came home and everything changed...why not sure...MFG sent a QR code said nothing was wrong but it would not boot, load, repair so I gave this a try....put it in followed instructions paperwork said before asking for a refund or negative comment written contact them...response came in about 24 hours...sorry this usually works 90% of the time...why write them if that is the comment?....offered to have me give him the order number for refund already took care of that thank you no other offer of help? Not good business practice in my opinion.

Works great. Easy to use. Used to recover windows 10 computer installation problem.
