I dont know what happened to my computer but it was on a reset loop. I tried everything possible from reset to recovery and nothing worked. I was upset that I need to buy a new computer. Looking for a solution I came upon this and ordered it. First I backed up my files in the recovery mode to a USB and then I ran this disk and reinstalled windows. After that I had to connect to the modem directly to update windows. After the update I had the capability to connect to wifi and download all my lost programs. Glad I made this purchase.

The product only told me it could not fix my problem. I finally was able to reinstall windows using recovery disk generated 0n another computer.

You must have a Windows code to use it. I dont, crashed HD. Wont help at all.

company sent me a note stating to contact them first if I had any difficulty with the disc. Wel I contacted them 3 times explaining the disc did NOTHING to restore my laptop and I got ZERO responses from them.

Worked perfect for revory.
