There was a problem with the disk, and it wouldnt boot. The drive made crazy sounds when it was inserted. An old disc booted fine, so the drive was not the problem. Poor quality assurance on this product. The company initiated a refund, so I gave 2 stars rather than 1 star.

Not the easiest to use......was ready to junk desktop.....one last try....and computer was restored....

Mine came with the same note that everyone is talking about. However, I was still able to use the disk to do a full reinstallation of Windows 10 Pro (it lets you pick which version you want along the way). I was prompted for the license at one point but it let me skip that part. Once the install finished, the OS was already activated so I didnt even have to worry about it in the end.

Functions on System Recovery Boot Disc for Win 10 DVD dont match online instructions. Emailed support as directed 2 days ago, no response. Returning for refund.

My son had no problem with this recovery disk, all you had to do was pop the disk in and start your computer off of the disk. Very simple and I would recommend
