> 3 daydesde el primer día que compré el mousepad, venía con muchos dobleses, he hecho de todo para tratar de arreglarlo y jamás se pudo, solo con el tiempo cada vez se hace mas inusable, el soporte me dijo que como no tienen soporte en México entonces uno tiene que pagar el envío a Usa, para que te lo revisen y/o cambien, una verdadera vergüenza porque sale mas barato comprarte otro, un SteelSeries por ejemplo.

> 3 dayThis mousepad is just great. The RGB works great as well as the software. I know many people who have issues with synapse, fortunately it works flawlessly for me. The size is right and fits perfectly on my desk. I do not have issues as others have such as the wrinkles in the mat. This mat sits flush with my desk. It also feels great as well. I am glad I splurged and got it for $69 hehehe.

20-11-2024I love this mouse pad. Unless they have changed anything in the manufacturing since June of 2020, It doesnt really have issues with laying flat. I never thought about it, just un-rolled it and put it on my desk and its been there since. you can see in the picture that its laying flat. It gets dirty because I eat at my PC but its easy to clean, just wipe it with a damp cloth and its back to black and pristine. The only think I would liked better would have been individual color cells, this mat only lights up a single color at a time so there is no wave function in the true sense, it just pulses different colors in that mode. I was leary of the stitching on the light cord at first but its been a year and I sit at my computer for work and play so its had a lot of use and still not fraying. I also dont find the edge noticeable on my wrists its not irritating. So all in all Ive had a very good experience with it and I paid neary $100 CDN for it so at the current price its a steal even if you see knockoffs for $30.

> 3 dayI was a little hesitant to order at first because people were saying it doesn’t lay flat. I did not have that issue. After about 5 hours after opening, it laid completely flat with no bends or bubbles. The quality feels really nice. My favorite thing is the brightness of the LED strip. It is the perfect mousepad for my needs and aesthetic requirements. I would 100% recommend to someone looking for a large mousepad.

> 3 daySo, I downloaded the Synapse 2 application since Synapse 3 is not available for Mac OS currently. This does not show up, so did a bit of research and only Windows show up as supported OS which is disappointing hence the lower rating. It runs on the color loop by default when connected to USB on Mac, that may be good enough for some people I guess.

> 3 dayI bought the official Razer mouse mat after having had a knock off where the RFG lights went very dim after a few months. Well, Razers product lasted longer, but in the end went even dimmer than the knock off one. Im a year into owning it, and about 90% of the RGB string cant even be seen in the pitch black. The only part that shows brightly is right around the connector, otherwise the rest of the mat is basically not lit up at all. Very disappointing and a waste of money sadly. :(
