Received mat and it was fine for 35 days. Around that time, the stitching started to come undone. We submitted a warranty request and it was denied. We cant return it because its outside of Amazons return policy. Razer wont back up their product and even mentioned that the stitching coming undone is, normal. Normal?? Here is exactly what they said:

I absolutely love this mat for gaming however it’s a pain to clean just cleaned it today three times and it still has those white stains on the mat won’t come off I’ve only had this mat for about three months

Used this to expand my gaming experience. No longer do you need to buy a bulky desktop top game, but you do need a mouse and a keyboard makes it easier. Having this under really makes a difference. Comfortable, and tracks smoothly. Not to mention sour kool when gaming IB the dark ans you can sync it with the color id your screen. Unnecessary, but it was worth it to me.

I originally had the much cheaper off brand RGB mouse mats that are very similar to this. My old one was getting pretty gross looking so I wanted a new one. I was a little skeptical of spending so much more for a Razer branded one. How much better could it possibly be?

No recomiendo el producto si esperas poder configurar los colores o animaciones a tu gusto, por el precio tan elevado Razer debería invertir en tener soporte para Mabooks Pro M1, el diseño y los colores default muy bonitos pero el producto es muy caro como para no tener soporte con estas computadoras ya que simplemente no lo detecta la MacBook. Vayan por un mousepad más barato si tienen MacBook por M1, no vale le pena pagar tanto solo para ver colores aleatorios.
