Light weight. Just the right amount of room for packing for a 7 day trip. Compact but roomy. Nice designer look. I even bought the matching backpack!

Horrible. The handle on the bag was so flimsy, it was sure to break. Had to return.

Just arrived today. On first inspection out of the box I was disappointed as I wanted the zippers to be gold and they appeared very silver and in the plastic wrap, it looked more navy to me than the desired black. However, once unwrapped it is in fact black and while the zippers and extended handle ARE gold - it is very pale but actually very nice. That said, it is a nice looking bag - unfortunately, the dimensions are deceiving. While it is 20 inches as described - it is WITHOUT the wheels. TSA rules are 22 or less INCLUDING the wheels. This measures about 22.5 with the wheels. Just over TSA guidelines. I am going to use it on my upcoming flight next month and HOPE that it sneaks by as a carryon. The zippers were of great concern in many of the reviews. So far - these seem sturdy and well sewn and are much the same as in a previous suitcase I have used a lot and the zippers are tough and have held well. The extending handle is a bit more on the flimsy side as complained about in many reviews, but it isnt much different than many suitcase I have used at this price point. So, while my first inclination was to not even take it out of the box, after fully inspecting it, I am pleased and will keep it. It is going to be used in place of a hard sided suitcase that I still use and like very much but find it hard to access to remove anything inside it such as toiletry bag for TSA, so I wanted something with an outside pocket for that reason. Kenneth Cole, you need to remeasure and put the correct dimensions in the description of your product. I know many have stated that this bag wouldnt pass for carryon as it is just too long. I know each airport and airline differ so we shall see.

I loved this one on a trip to Hawaii. Had a big suitcase but given how much I could fit in this one I didnt need a big one that big. Was able to put some clothes plus all the items I needed to keep with me if there was a difficulty finding the big suitcase upon landing. Had such an unfortunate event happened, I would have been fine for a couple of days while the problem got sorted out.

Nice durable luggage set. First day, my key tag fell off. It was easy to replace, its spacious to be this size. Very stylish! I received compliments on my luggage due to looks and name.

The zipper broke after using once!

I ordered this piece as well as the 20 and 24 inch pieces. I am very pleased with it but only gave it a 4 star rating because the e ZIPPER PULL IS MISSING on the interior lining on all three pieces.

Plenty of room for packing, nice to look at, sturdy, handled well. I also purchased the matching backpack. Very nice set.
