I used this bag for the first time going and I was impressed. Being that I only used it once I can’t comment on how long it will last but I will say the quality is great and it feels like it will hold up after years of use!

I ordered this piece as well as the 20 and 24 inch pieces. I am very pleased with it but only gave it a 4 star rating because the e ZIPPER PULL IS MISSING on the interior lining on all three pieces.

Just got the 28in along with the 4wheel under seater!! Although I can’t give a review on durability because I haven’t used it yet, I can say that it so nice, light weight, and rolling it down the hall is so easy! Everything is perfect from the looks! Cant wait to use it!

I love this set, but, I carried the backpack through the airport one time and the handle ripped. I’ll have to find someone to sew it up for me with a heavy duty machine. It looks great and the wheels handled really good but the rip on the handle is frustrating. I was hoping to get the matching suit case to go with it but will see if I can fix this first. I used it only once carrying an IPad and an IPad Pro, that was it.

Horrible. The handle on the bag was so flimsy, it was sure to break. Had to return.

Showed up ripped and just ripped even more during travel. Do not waste your money

Nice fabric, stylish but not durable. Bought this luggage months for my a trip that couldnt be taken dued to covid so its been sitting under the bed. Pulled it out this weekend to pack clothes in and to my surprise the zipper is coming apart in two different places. Highly disappointed especially since i bought the bigger size to make a full set.

Bought a green one first, love quality

This broke after one use. Very disappointing.
