The first time used this luggage, carrying less than 25 kilos of stuff and it ripped in two places. I would like to know how can I return it since I passed 3 days of the 30 days limit to return.

It would have been cheaper and more reliable. On our return trip I went to zip this up and it broke immediately. I am pissed. How in the hell am I supposed to get my things home!!? No warranty is going to make up for *not being able to get my stuff home*

Love this little suitcase. I cant believe I can get so much in such a small area!! Looks great too!! Many compartments. Love it!!

I took one trip, flew one direct flight to and from my destination and the suitcase was torn in several places and the main support bent. I really thought it should hold up for more than one trip. Luggage should be durable enough to withstand air travel. I know that luggage handlers can be rough, but honestly I remember the old commercial of luggage being tortured and enduring well. This was to much money to never be able to use it again.

I purchased these matching pieces because when I travel I prefer to have a bp and luggage. I was moving . Planned on using this as my traveling set . The backpack only showed up.. we called and had it resent . AGAIN just another backpack.

Needs heavier zipper a bit more quality

Although I have not used it yet, I am very happy with this suitcase. Its sleek and classy looking, and easy to move around. A lot of storage and lightweight. Cant wait to use it!

Nice fabric, stylish but not durable. Bought this luggage months for my a trip that couldnt be taken dued to covid so its been sitting under the bed. Pulled it out this weekend to pack clothes in and to my surprise the zipper is coming apart in two different places. Highly disappointed especially since i bought the bigger size to make a full set.

Handle snapped off within five minutes of being in the airport! Wouldn’t recommend it.
