    A Windows update caused an automatic repair loop on a Dell Inspiron 5570 laptop, which led me to try this recovery disk first. Unfortunately, I had to return it, as it didn’t work at all. Neither did a competitors. I had to seek out a loaner laptop to produce recovery media instead. I appreciate the seller’s prompt refund response despite everything.
