> 24 hourInitial setup is very easy, but if you want to go beyond the basic configuration getting that info is a little trickier. Im referring to setting up email alerts and building up an isolated VLAN to keep other things off the security network and vice versa. I will say customer support was pretty helpful and stuck with me to get one of the issues resolved. They checked back reliably and didnt leave me hanging in the lurch. Overall its a decent system. Just be aware these are made in China (as are almost all the home security solutions available on Amazon) so you really have to pay attention to your network security settings and assume all your video information (and maybe other data) is going back overseas.

> 24 hourLocally tested all the cameras before installing CAT6 throughout the house and yard. Hooked everything up, powered on the system and all the cameras came right up. The 4MP HD cameras are fine for your above average home surveillance needs. Easy to install phone app for IPhone and android.

> 24 hourI have 10 cameras and counting and these are especially good since they are easy to install, they have night vision and work out of the box. Nothing better so far that Ive seen unless you upgrade to something with tilt which I have but these are nice.
