> 3 dayI installed this camera on the outside of my house to an existing surveillance system. The day time videos were great. The night time videos were awful, absolutely awful. After two nights I ordered another camera, the RlC-410 4MP Super HD PoE IP Camera and it is great. Good night time and good day time videos. My advice, dont buy the Reolink 4MP PoE IP Camera if you want good night time videos. The videos are very dark and can not be lightened if the area is more than 20 or so feet away. The night time videos have a light circle in the middle that is very distracting compared to the outer limits of the frame.

> 3 dayLocally tested all the cameras before installing CAT6 throughout the house and yard. Hooked everything up, powered on the system and all the cameras came right up. The 4MP HD cameras are fine for your above average home surveillance needs. Easy to install phone app for IPhone and android.

Greater than one weekI installed four of these cameras 3 years ago and over the last 1 year two of these four cameras failed. The warranty expired after 2 years. Reolink is helpful in offering discounts to repurchase cameras but my issue is that these cameras have a very high failure rate.
