> 3 dayThere is no power cable or ithernet cable it just a camera without proper instructions and this will not work with your receiver unless you got slots to plug in the camera . Not worth your money.

> 3 dayI purchased https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01C6KUKMY/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07DFKTKGG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1. Upon arrival 3 cameras arrived broken. After about 10 emails going back and forth with their customer service and them assuming Im just too stupid and unable to get the broken cameras working they requested I send the cameras back. [the cameras would not get registered by the NVR or through the network in anyway. The IR LED would flick on and off but everything else would remain dead. I tried resetting everything and went through every hoop. In the picture you see the cameras are connected but the led indicator on the back of the NVR does not light up meaning they are in no way recognized. Reolink refused to accept this...] I ended up paying out of pocket to ship the cameras back to them because of some complications with returning it through amazon. Once they go the cameras back they told me they couldnt ship the cameras out to me because they were incapable of creating the shipping label. Yeah okay... Instead they just linked me to individual cameras on amazon to just repurchase the cameras through amazon, so spending another $150ish claiming that they would just refund them once they arrived. I ended up just having to go through Amazon instead of trying to communicate with Reolinks customer service. Amazon saved the day and just issued a refund to me. If you have the luck of the draw and dont receive any problems then these cameras are okay. Just okay. The picture is okay. Not amazing or great. Just okay. Cant read a license plate from 40 feet away. Im guessing down the line once the cameras begin to show their durability trying to warranty these guys is out of the question. Im going with another company next time. You get what you pay for.

> 3 dayThe system was easy to install and the quality is very good. I installed four cameras outside. All worked very well. But one stopped because the connection got wet and rusted. I decided to repair the cameras female ethernet connector. When I spliced it, I discovered it had only 6 wires versus the standard eight. Plus, two of the wires were non-standard colors. I reached out to customer service and got an immediate reply from Arielle with color-coding instructions. I installed a male connector and used a female-to-female waterproof connector and it worked perfectly. If Arielles customer service is typical for Reolink, I give them 5 stars for service too. Much better than my previous experience with another brand.

> 3 dayInitial setup is very easy, but if you want to go beyond the basic configuration getting that info is a little trickier. Im referring to setting up email alerts and building up an isolated VLAN to keep other things off the security network and vice versa. I will say customer support was pretty helpful and stuck with me to get one of the issues resolved. They checked back reliably and didnt leave me hanging in the lurch. Overall its a decent system. Just be aware these are made in China (as are almost all the home security solutions available on Amazon) so you really have to pay attention to your network security settings and assume all your video information (and maybe other data) is going back overseas.
